Chapter 15 The Truth

I stare at my lunch my appetite clearly gone, my stomach churning as I wonder who hates me enough to put something so personal into a magazine. I pick at my mashed potatoes and sigh a heavy sigh.

"Come sweetie you need to eat," Eve tells me concern covering her features.

"She's right Kayla," Fiona says with a nod in response I just sigh.

"Are you still sad about the whole magazine thing?" Eve tries.

"Yes," I mumble.

"Oh sweet heart we'll find who ever did that to you promise!" Fiona tells me.

"Yeah we'll beat their ass," Eve says with determination.

"Hey what's up?" Kyle questions walking up with a tray of food.

"Oh nothing," Eve says waving him off eyeing suspisously.

"It doesn't seem like it," Kyle says taking a bite of steak.

"She's trying to figure out who would put that letter and pictures into the magazine," Fiona admits.

"Oh," Is his only reply.

"I'm going to go to the bathroom," I mumble getting up I'm ready to throw away my food when it's taken from me.

"Why are you not eating?" Chase demands looking at me.

"I'm finished," I mutter.

"No Kayla is it because of the magazine thing you're not eating?" he questions. I don't say anything which answers his questions.

"Look Kayla don't let something like this get in the way of your life," Kent tells me.

"I know it's just that I wonder who it is I can't help it," I shrug my shoulders and leave heading to the bathroom when I hear giggling.

"I can't believe you did that Lex," I hear Natalie giggle from inside.

"Well it was Kyle who gave it to the magazine I just found the letter and gave it to him," I hear Lexi explain to Natalie.

"But still you're the one who helped too!"

"Oh pish posh, I just wanted the money and was hoping Chase would go to me and not her, but what ever I still got the cash," Lexi brags. My eyes go wide over their converstation.

"Look who cares I just can't believe that you and Kyle are the ones that put those pictures and letter in a magazine!" Natalie practicly screams.

"Shhhh I don't want Kayla to hear us or any of her friends," Lexi hisses. I smile evily and walk away back to the lunch room and sit down with a smile on my face.

"What are you smileing about?" Eve questions me.

"I you know I just found something out that will make finding the person that put those pictures and letter  in the magazine!" I chuckle.

"So who is it?" Fiona questions excitedly practicly jumping in her seat.

"It's actually two people not one and one of those people admitted they did it when I went to the bathroom I heard them," I explain.

"So who is it?" James asks me taking a sip of soda from Eve's can.

"Kyle and Lexi," I tell them.

"Are you serious that little bitch!" Fiona exclaims.

"I know right!" I say to them.

"So what are you going to do about it?" Kent questions.

"Tell the head mistress of course," I tell him.
