"It's okay, shhhhshhhh," his soothing voice cooes. I let another tear run down my cheek.
"Why are you here?" I choke out.
"I felt that I needed to talk to you," he says kissing the top of my head. I take a deep breath and sigh as my head rests against his chest.
"I missed you so much Chase," I say as we stand there.
"I missed you too Kayla," he whispers. I look up at him as I watch him lean down his lips against mine moving in sinc as I feel sparks fly through me. That's when I feel the first rain drop fall over head as the dark clouds roll over head as we stand there. He and I both look up at the same time a small smile on are faces.
"Is it just me or is this so cliche?" I ask. As the rain pelts us Chase shrugs.
"I guess I mean no one knows when rain comes but I guess it is," he says with a nod. I lean up to him and we start kissing again with passion and fire just like I've always wanted. It feels like a fairy tail Chase my prince and this is my happily ever after. But of course it's not, why? Well I guess it could be. Suddenly something feels off as Chase and I just stand there in our own little world. That's when I hear the flash of a camera and a flash on both of us. We break away to watch the person run off with his camera.
"DAMN IT!" I yell.
"What the hell?" Chase asks.
"I have no clue." I mutter.
"Come on let's go inside," he says holding out his hand which I then slip mine into as we walk back to the house. Eve looks up at us and her face goes into complete shock.
"What the hell happened to you two!" she yells at us throwing her arms up. She gets up and looks at my damp hair and clothes shaking her head.
"Ummmm we....kind..of....yeah" I start but don't know what to say.
"We....kind of....sorta...kissed..." Chase mumbles scratching the back of head.
"YOU WHAT!?" Eve shouts.
"We...a...kind......kissed in the rain," I say.
"FINALLY I'LL BE DAMNED IF YOU TWO EVER GOT TOGETHER!" Eve huffs out. The rest of them nod there head in agreement.
"You knew we would get together?" I ask her in shock.
"Yup, it's obvious you two are like love sick puppies!" Fiona cries out in frustration. I look at my friends in shock wow!
"Feelin the love," I mutter.
Kyle's P.O.V
The camera flashes as I get a perfect picture of Kayla and Chase for the next article in the magazine I work for. Kayla jerks up and looks around looking beyond pissed but I'm hiding to well for her to even see me. I then proceed to run back to the house so I can get my story started. I smile at my colomn and the picture I got of the two! I can get so much money from it!
Kayla's P.O.V
I look around trying to find Kyle since he's been avoiding me all day, I go to the small store we have in the school and see if he's in there when I see the front of a magazine cover. I run over to it my heart pumping fast tears well up in my eyes.
It looks like Kayla isn't just learning regular subjects but a lesson on love! I read looking at the picture of Chase and I kissing I quickly purchase the magazine and run out of the store. I head down to the lunch room while looking at the page of the letter that Chase gave me inside of the magizine. How did they get that?! I left it in my room unless someone stole it but who would do that? Lexi! I head over to the lunch table tears still comeing down my face and sit down.
