There was a certain nothingness
About the world I walked in,
A bleak, translucent emotion
That swarmed upon me
Faces- filled with blankness that consumed them from the outside in
Engulfing me in the self-centered -are you okay's-There is a hopeless horizon
Stretching on, and on
It's all that I'm able to see.
And when night falls,
Morning never seems to come.
