The abundance of love in her eyes distilled the blood in your veins. The warmth that she had once engulfed you in faded into the sort of cold that freezes over every trace of humanity left within you. Your mind boils over, the memories flow like a river over-run by the constant rain of the loss that contains you.
The stars begin to fall. She was the only reason you had ever seen beauty in the universe. The sun alternates and decays. Explodes. Your world implodes. And as though angels danced among those fallen balls of fire, you are carried. Carried away like the ocean dragging you, pulling you into the currents of hell. Isn't this what you asked for, when she told you she needed more, when you couldn't give her that? Isn't this exactly what you are, a lost soul, drifting, never to be enough, for the likes of a perfect girl- a perfect girl like her?
