Chapter 44 - How Things Ended

" good morning babes... " she whispered with her eyes closed

When she didn't receive a response from Aga after two minutes, that's when she opened her eyes. 

Instead of seeing a man sleeping beside her, she found a note. 

Lea,

                        Mahal na mahal kita. Pero mali na lahat to. Hindi na pwede to. I have to leave you. We have to move on from each other. Tell Nicole I love her, and I love you. I'm sorry. 

Tumakbo siya palabas. Bakit ganon? And she thought that they were gonna end up with each other.

Hindi pala lahat ng love story happy ending. Dahil ang true love, walang ending.

This is what she realized paggising niya kanina.

Mahigit 6 hours na siyang nag aantay sa pagbabalik ni Aga. And as every minute passes, lalo siyang nawawalan ng pagasa na babalik pa ito.

She feels so damned hurt.

Pilit niyang pinapaniwala ang sarili niya na babalik ito, kahit alam niyang imposible. Dahil once he goes away. There's no going back.

Aga was her true love. Pero mukhang hindi siya ang true love nito.

She was still clutching the letter Aga left her nang may biglang yumakap sa kanya.

" hindi ka dapat umiiyak. " his voice calmed her down a little " andito naman ako. Uwi na tayo baby. Nicole's looking for you. " 

" I can't face her like this. " 

" hindi naman pwedeng dito ka lang diba? hindi ako papayag. " Tristan said

" babalikan niya ko. babalikan niya ko dahil mahal niya ko. " 

Tristan left her.

On her supposed to be most unforgettable moment, she was crying. This isn't what she expected. Parang may kulang. Marrying Tristan was a dream. But something was'nt right.

Aga. Si Aga dapat ang kasama niya sa araw na ito. Dapat si Mrs. Aga Muhlach na siya ngayon. But she isn't. She's Mrs. Bernardo now, and forever.
