chapter 46 we'll get them for this

BENS prov 

We stopped running as soon as we reached slendermans mansion. i stopped and looked over at sally 

“are you ok? not hurt?” 

i looked her up and down just to mak ensure. sally laughed 

“BEN i’m fine.”

she looked around, then looked at me with her emerald green eyes filled with worry 

“BEN, wheres jeff and jane?”

i looked around, realizing that jeff and Jane weren’t there. i grabbed  sallys hand and we started running back the tree. 

“they must be in trouble! come on sally we have to go back!”

we raced through the trees, jumping over fallen branches, ducking branches. when we finally reached the tree where we had the punic. we slowed down and hide behind the tree to look for Jeff and jane. we watched the police officers  as they put Jeff and jane into serrate police cars. Jeff was covered in red, and so was jane. 

i looked over to sally who had tears in her eyes. i pulled her towards me. i stroked her hair as she cried in my shoulder.

“it’ll be ok sally we’ll save them some how.”

i whispered in her, comforting her.

“whats wrong little children?” 

we looked up to see a very tall creature. he was around 6 - 7 feet tall. He had shaggy black hair with a pointed stripped black and  white nose. he was frowning down at them. his long arms were resting at his sides. his sliver eyes filled with concern as he stared down at us I  smiled 

“Laughing jack! just in time we need some help!”

laughing jack raised an eyebrow 

“what happened little ones?”

sally who still had tears in her eyes pointed to the police cars that were now driving away from with Jeff and jane.  

“They took them! Jeff and jane!”

sally looked down to see a trail of blood. she pointed to it. 

“They hurt them! The police men! they shot at them and they took them!!!”

sally had tears streaming down her face. she fell to her knees and cried her eyes out. I was shaking, i was furious. i looked up to laughing jack, i was shaking, with my fist at my sides. they were black tears streaming down my face. laughing jack frowned his head bent so i couldn’t see his eyes.  He was shaking too. 

“they… did…. WHAT!!”

He raised his head his eyes filled angry and hate. He looked over to the police cars. he growled 

“they won’t get away with this..”

he looked back at me and sally. he grinned a wicked grin his eyes filled with blood lust mixed with rage. 

“come little children i do believe that we have some trouble makers that need to care of. “

eyeless jack prov 

“slender man whats going on?”

we were out side the tree house with slender man in front of us. i was holding caroline's hand, slender man didn’t look happy. 

“jeff and jane have been taken.”

my eyes widen 

“what?! by who?!”

"The police officers, we need you to help save them.”

i nodded and glanced at caroline who looked scared.i then looked back at slender man 

“what about caroline?”

slender man turned his head to caroline then back to  me.

“she’s a healer. she’ll go with you. i’ve been told that Jeff and jane need serious medical attention.”

caroline squeezed my hand i looked over at her she was grinning 

“let me do this. i want to help.”

i nodded then looked back at slender man. 

“we’re ready."
