I totally skipped Jeremy when he talked to me. I just didn't want to talk. I felt so heartbroken and we still had 20 minutes to drive. I stared outside the whole time. And then the car stopped. I stepped outside and looked at the big dark house in front of me. 'Come on I'll show you your room!' Jake said happy. I followed him into the house. There were 2 other kids in the house. I didn't care to look or say something to them. I followed Jake up to the stairs. He stood still in front of a light grey door. He opened it and I saw a huge room. 'It's all for you.' He said smiling. I needed to be alone and I needed everyone to shut up. I walked to my room shut the door and locked it as quick as I could. I heard a sigh on the other side of the door and then footsteps fading away. I sat down on the huge bed and opened my bag. I was curious what Cam had put in it. I saw a whit box and a white paper. I opened the box and there was a small phone in it. On the paper was a number written down. "Now you can call me whenever you want." Was written down in Cam's handwriting. I let myself lay down on the bed and in about 10 minutes I fell asleep. I was still feverish and sick so I was very tired.

The next day around 1 pm there was a knock on the door. I ignored it. Like I usually do. Well unless I'm in the mood. 'Sam... please open the door.' I heard Jeremy say. 'I left some food outside the door... If you're feeling hungry you can take it.' He said and then he walked away. I decided to take a shower. I wasn't that sick anymore so that was a good thing. When I took a long shower and got dressed again I sat down behind a big desk. Knocking again. Oke is it like not clear I want to be left alone. 'Hey Sam. I'm mean Samantha.' I heard the soft voice of Jacob say. 'Look.. just please open the damn door. You need to eat something and we're kind of worried.' He said. His voice was soft but strong. 'Oke tried it Jer's way now we do this my way. If you're close to the door step back.' He said. What did he mean? The a loud bang sound filled the room and the door swung open. 'Should've done that a view hours ago.' He said proud. How in the world did he did that? 'Here just eat it.' He said handing out a plate filled with food. I looked at it grabbed it and put it down on the desk and left it there. I saw that Jake looked sad when I did that. 'Was that really necessary? Couldn't you just leave me alone?' I asked irritated. 'Well you didn't open your door. And you needed to eat something. So... yeah.' He simply said. He sat down at my bed and starred at me. Then my phone went off. I quickly picked it up so I had an excuse not to talk to Jake. 'SAMMMMM!' I heard someone yell on the phone. 3 guesses who that is. 'Hi Clary.' I said laughing. 'We miss you, you need to find a way out!' Clary said. Don't you think I want to get out? But there is no way I can go down and just walk out the door. Jer made that pretty clear last night. My phone got ripped out of my hand. Jake hung up and put the phone on the desk. He grabbed my wrist 'You. Down. now.' He said. Why was he so... angry? 'let me fresh up a little first.' I said. He let go of my arm and sat down on the bed. I grabbed my bag and my phone and went to the bathroom and locked to door. There are two things no one told him. I jump out of high trees a lot, so second floor isn't that bad for me. And never leave me alone with a big window... I escape. I silently opened the door and jumped down. I ran over the path and ran into the woods. Now they couldn't find me. I didn't want to be locked up there. I just needed to go away. 'GOT DAMNIT SAM!' I heard Jeremy yell from far away. Well guess they found out! I kept running and I found an open place. Then my phone went off again. I picked up and put out the sound of the ringing in the mean time. 'Where the hell are you!' I heard a stressed out voice of Ian say. 'I just got a call from Cam's stupid brother saying you jumped out of a freaking window! So. Where. The. Hell. Are. You.' He said. I looked around. It was very bright the light came through the trees and onto the light green grass. 'Well... I don't know. But I'm fine. I just need a place to stay for a while. So I'm going to look for that now!' I said I wanted to hang up when another voice on the background said something. 'Sam listen to me. I don't want you to be stuck with those people. But it's not save out there for you when you're alone. So please go back.' Cam said. Euhm... NO! 'Sorry...' I said and I hung up. I saw this little sign on the top of my phone. A damn tracking device! I threw the phone into the grass. Sorry everyone I want to call... but I'm not getting locked up again
