A Girl In An All-Boys' School. Mismatch. -Chapter 3-

So. Kev's related to the Principal. That couldn't be true! There were no secrets between us! But.. Shane didn't seem like he was lying! Urgh! That was too complicated, I felt bewildered. My head hurt from all the confusion. I shook myself and accidentally let out a scream of frustration. Oops.

Shane came out of the washroom, arching an eyebrow at me. I shrugged. "Accidentally bit my tongue." OMG THAT WAS SUCH A LAME EXCUSE! It was totally embarrassing! I quickly shuffled back to my side of the room and crashed onto the bed. My mind was totally whirling.

Why's life so complicated!?

I woke up earlier than Shane so I could prepare at ease. With him around, my brain would stop functioning. I would screw everything up and embarrass myself again. Having a hot roommate does have its inconveniences. I finished washing up and packed the things I needed for the lessons in fifteen minutes and headed to Kevin's room.

I knocked on the door a couple of times before the door opened. I was surprised that it wasn't Kev. How stupid; Kev had a roommate too, why didn't I think of that? I was about to open my mouth and ask for Kev when I looked up to see his face.

The guy who was standing in front of me, had got to be my hallucination. He was an angel that descended from heaven! Shane was attractive, but he was appealing as well, in a different way. He had fair skin that was not pasty, clear electric blue eyes, a lean but muscular body, and unkempt sandy blonde hair which must have meant he just woke up.. Omg. It all screamed H.O.T.! He looked so charming, like he was a prince from a book!

I was marveling at his beauty when he opened his mouth and snapped my attention to what he was going to say.

"Wipe your drool," he said, raising an eyebrow. Immediately, my hand ran up to my mouth and started wiping. There was nothing! He smirked at me. All the amazement I felt when I saw his aesthetically pleasing face disappeared in an instant. This guy was such an ass! I glared at him and he asked, "So what do you want, li'l-dude-who's-infatuated-by-my-awesome-looks? Fyi, I'm straight." He winked after he finished his sentence.

What the hell!? He just called me little! That's not only it. He's so full of himself! Okay, he has a reason to.. But! Wait. Did he think I was gay!? That's such a joke! Oh the irony.

I suppressed my urge to kick him in the butt and smiled at him. It would not be wise to attract attention to myself in this school. I asked him in my most friendly voice, "May I speak to Kev?"

Now, Kev's issue was of higher priority than getting pissed off by that donkey. Though I had to admit that he's a gorgeous one at that. I couldn't deny he's eye candy.

The donkey let me into the room and I pounced onto Kev upon reaching his bed.

"AH! What was that for!?" Kev yelled as he was jerked from dreamland.

"Kevin Leighner, I have something to talk to you about. So if you would just get up this instant!" When I used Kev's full name, it showed that I meant business. Kev got the hint and jumped out of bed.

"Uh.. Lewis, this is Colt Reyes. Colt, Lewis Walker. Lewis, can you leave us for a sec?" Kev asked Lewis.

"Yeah, sure," He left the room scratching the back of his head. The way he did that was kinda cute. No! Chloe, back to Kev!

I looked Kev in the eyes, and with a tone that could only be described as dead serious, I asked "Kev, are you hiding anything from me?"

A/N: I wrote this today 'cuz I was sick and didn't attend school. I may post up another part tomorrow as it's a school holiday. I know I'm such a no-lifer right. Haha. I'm tired so I'm just gonna end here. Votes/comments/fans much appreciated!
