My emotions are on the loose,
How to feel and when, its not mine to choose,
You think I am like this by my own will? Try being in my shoes,
I don't know when I am going to be sad or happy,
My change in attitude makes them rather sappy,
My emotions in a day, its what I tally,
A moment I'm smiling,the next i'm crying,
I'm not fine, can't you see I am lying?,
Its kind of weird you know?How its only my lies you are buying,
When I try to express, you take it as no big deal,
While here I am, strugling to have a decent meal,
My appetite has demolished and so has my pride,that how I feel,
Too scared to utter a word,
My disorder is dangerous,thats what I have heard,
Mostly on a dose, my words usually slurred,
For those who don't know,It may look like i'm normal,
I may act a little informal,
Some may even describe my attitude as paranormal,
You shouldn't be weirded out,
Even when I scream and shout,

Bipolar disorder, with its extreme mood swings from depression to mania, used to be called manic depressive disorder. Bipolar disorder is very serious and can cause risky behavior, even suicidal tendencies, and can be treated with therapy and medication.

Bipolar disorder is something that often makes a person look unfriendly and mean. People with bipolar are not ment to be feared of. They just want to fit in and being close to them may be a great thing. You can help them with their mood swings yet be the greatest friend, they will help you aswell. They will be there whenever you need them, they are just humans, having a hard time fitting in. Having to take medicines and do therapies, they might not be completely happy. Lets try to help aswell, they need us like we need them. They need us like any human needs another one.
