"Ever think about it Clary, maybe it was coffee that brought us closer." Jace winks and I elbow him, "No it was more than that, maybe.." I start then looked at Jace, changing the topic, "What's one thing you're glad for Jace?" "Hmm ", Jace places a hand on his chin, "I'm glad that you're mine ." "Really aw thank you." I plush my cheeks up. "What about you Clary, what are you glad for?" As I look into the sky, I notice the setting sun. I think about everything that had happened today. I think about all the secrets that were revealed. I think about how I got my old boyfriend back by just one thing happening. Then it clicks in my mind. I put my arms around his neck crossing them over and I pull him closer so that our faces were inches apart. He smiled and asked curiously, "So?" "Jace back at the coffee van, anything could have happened, we could have both gone our own ways but that didn't happen." "So what exactly are you saying?" Jace asks. I smile at him as his eyes search my face, "Jace, I'm glad that we bumped into each other, " pulling him into a hug, I whisper into his ear "I'm glad I bumped into you again."
Moral~ Don't be afraid to love someone because you're afraid of losing them. That fear is what keeps you away from them. We don't know when people will die so spend as much time with them as you can, and never be afraid to be with someone you love.
