************

The sun sets every evening and it rises again the next morning. It happens every day, unless the sun were to stop moving, then it would stay day time forever and eventually the world would wither and destroy it self  from becoming too hot.

That's what I feel like, I feel like the world wanting to wither up and kill itself. I groan and stare at the calendar on my wall, tomorrow's the 16th of July, the start of school, term 3.

I hate school. Makes me want to gag.

My sister- Kadence- on the other hand loves it. She's very social and loves going out with her friends on weekends. I have a few guy friends, but I prefer my family over friends.

I am as single as I can be. I'm saving that single slot for the girl who steals my heart.

"Knock, knock." A sharp knock, causes me to smirk. "Who's there?"

"Kadence." A hear a giggle.

Rolling my eyes, I laugh "Kadence who?"

"Kadence is here to tell you to get off your butt and go to the park with her." The door opens and my sister pokes her head in.

She has a slim figure, brown curly hair, green eyes and freckles dotted slightly on her nose and across her cheeks.

Unlike me, I have my father's side: Black hair spiked in all directions, brown eyes threatening to turn yellow, but no freckles.

My dad never had freckles, I wish he was still here though. Not long ago, my dad had died of type 3 cancer, this caused tragedy to my whole family including me.

It hurts to know that he's gone and will never come back.

"And Wesley says he would like to come." I get up, stalling to look back at a picture of dad, I smile.

"He's not gone Wes, he'll always be in our hearts." Kadence put her hand on-top of her heart.

"It wasn't his fault Kadence, the cancer was passed down, it was because of genetics." I searched her face for any sign of doubt but she just smiled.

"Well then cancer's a bitch."

I laughed, ruffling her hair we left my room, and made our way to the park.

*************

Kadence sat on- top of a slide, looking onto a couples of teen boys, smiling and probably flirting.

She's a boy lover. Her addiction to boys is what I find funny about her, always talking to them with no problem at all.

Her communications skills made her the girl all guys want to have. Mostly touch. EW.

I turned to take a walk, but I bumped into someone, causing a shriek to escape her, as she spilt her coffee down my plain white shirt.

"Ah ah that's hot." I winced as it ran down my shirt, threatening to wet my shorts as-well.

"Oh. My. gosh, I am so sorry, I can be some clumsy sometimes, here let me clean it." She fidgeted in her bag for a tissue, starting to wipe it along my shirt where the coffee had already started to stain.

"Hey It's okay, leave it." I grab her arm, lowering it away from my shirt. I looked into her eyes and for a split second I fell in love.

Her blue eyes remind me of the sky, you get so easily lost in them. It's like staring up into the sky, dreaming about anything you want with no interruptions. The white clouds creating a deeper sensation of peace.

We locked glances for a few seconds before I let go of her apologising immediately.

She blushed, "I'm Elysa, sorry not really the best way to make an introduction."

I laughed her apology away "Nah it's all good, I like coffee. I'm Wesley."

She nodded, shoving the tissue back into her bag. I couldn't help but stare at her, she was beautiful. Her golden hair glimmers in the sun, threatening to blind me, I want to touch it.

Did I just think that?!

"Do you go to Stanford West High school?" She piped up.

She goes to my school?!

"Yes, it's five minutes from my house. Mind if I ask why?" I was curious.

"I'll be starting there tomorrow, it's good that I know I'll know someone." She directed her eyebrows in my direction, and I grinned.

"It was nice meeting you Elysa, I guess I'll see you tomorrow?"

She nodded.

We waved goodbye considering the fact that we just met, but I would have hugged her.

I stare at her as she skips away, she looks like an angel. I think she stole my heart.

I started to feel something wet on the side of my lip, and I flinched.

"Hey if my big brother wants to stop drooling we can leave." Kadence poked her head around so that I could see her clearly.

"I was not drooling!" I defended myself wiping the drool from the corner of my lip.

I caught her lipstick all smudged and I smirked, "How was your make out session?"

She elbowed me, blushing as she looked away "It was not!" I raised an eyebrow, like I would believe that.

I chased her through the park, with the wind in my hair, I remembered how it was me and dad. We would have played chasey, and when he tagged me, I would turn around and tag him straight away, he was always the tagger.

I frowned, he may not be here now but Kadence is the best sibling, the only sibling I have.

I would die to know if I lost her.

I started to slow down, as I felt my head throbbing violently. I took a few seconds placing my hands on my knees, breathing deeply.

"You okay?" Kadence ran back, with a worried expression on her face.

"Yeah I think so." I stood up,but the world refused to stay still. I felt dizzy.

I almost fell to the ground, but Kadence caught me, asking again if I was okay.

She placed a hand on my cheeks and then in my forehead and gasped "Wes, your so hot."

I lifted my eyes upwards "I am too, that's why the girls love me."

"Your burning up for real" Kadence held me tighter as I slipped.

"Oh I must have a fever." I whispered, my eyes threatening to close, but I forced them open.

Kadence dragged me along the grass, and that's all I knew because seconds later, everything was black.

The world spun away, pulling the atmosphere with it.

And I entered a black hole.
