Nandito ako ngayon sa Laoag City. Pinapapunta kami dito ni Grandma. Hindi ko alam kung bakit. Basta sabi niya, isama ko raw si Jesse sa garden niya doon.. 

I remeber nung bata pa ako. She always take me here in her favorite place. Mahilig kasi siya sa plants lalo na sa roses. Pumupunta pa nga siya minsan sa house para alagaan at tignan ang roses na tinanim niya.

Speaking of my grandma, She's coming here. Teka asan na ba si Jesse?

"Good morning hijo.." she greeted me with her beautiful smile. I hugged her and kissed her cheeks. O how I missed my grandma.

"Good morning Grandma. I missed you." i said to her. 

"I missed you too. By the way, nasaan na ba ang asawa mo?. Maganda siya a. Alagaan mo siyang mabuti." I gave her my fake smile. Hindi ko alam kung nararamdaman ba ni lola na Jesse is not my type and of course napilitan lang naman ako sa kasal na to.

"Yeah. Maybe she's roaming around here. Namangha siguro sa ganda rito Grandma." yan na lang nasabi ko sa kanya. Nasaan na ba yung babaeng yon? Hay nako. Paimportante talaga. Bahala nga siya.

"I'm glad na magugustuhan niya rito. Saglit lang ha." Then she left me alone. Si Grandma talaga. 

Asan na ba yung Jesse na iyon. Aish! Bakit ko ba siya iniisip? Hindi naman siguro siya maliligaw rito diba? Pero malaki kasi itong place so i doubt na makabalik agad siya rito. That lady talaga.. Bahala siya sa buhay niya..

I can see my grandma coming back here with tray in her hands. 

"Here hijo. your favorite Cocoa drink. I made this specially for you. I know you missed this drink." oh.Ang sweet ni Grandma. You read it right. Namiss ko ang drink na ito. THis is my favorite drink rather than the alcoholic beverages. Hindi lang talaga ako mahilig maglasing or what. 

I took a sip of hot cocoa. incredibly delicious!

"So Hijo, how are you with Jesse.? I can't wait to see my great grandchild." napaubo ako sa tanong ni grandma. Napaso pa ako. 

*Ehem*ehem*

"Are you okay Rob?" lumapit sa akin si grandma at hinimas-himas pa niya yung likod ko.

"Yes grandma. I'm okay." sabi ko. Pati si Grandma gusto ng apo. Goodness.. 

"So Hijo. Sana makita ko pa ang magiging apo ko sa iyo. The little Rob or little....... What's her name again?" tanong sa akin ni Grandma while holding her cup.

"Jesse." I simply answered her and take a sip with my hot cocoa.

"Oh Jesse. I cant wait to see you with her having your baby. hehe." she laugh at me dahil naubo nanaman ako. God. Could they stop forcing us to have baby. I cant to that with her. lalo naman siya diba.. 

"Oh please Grandma. I can't to that since i dont find her as the mother of my children." really there's something in my mind na she can be the mother of my children pero mukhang malabo talaga dahil she doesnt like me at all and hindi ko pa kayang kalimutan si Cheska, my first love.

"Cut that off Rob. Son, you can never tell na hindi siya ang magiging mother of your children. And i know how hard it is na hindi mo love ang babaeng pinakasalan mo. I have been through that though." sabi ni Grandma. Wait, so meaning hindi niya minahal si Grandpa? Nakanuot tuloy noo ko while waiting her to continue what she's saying.

Alam kong fixed marriage din ang nangyari sa kanila ni grandpa. But they loved each other. Kitang-kita ko iyon sa kanila when grandpa was still alive.
