All gathered around the Stone Table, stood many Narnians. All of which were ready to be rid of the Telmarines.
"It's only a matter of time." Peter said. He stood in front of te Stone Table looking at each creature in it's turn. "Miraz' men and war machines are on their way. That means those same men aren't protecting his castle." Robin raised an eyebrow, trying to figure out what it was that Peter was planning. She leaned against wall closest to the doorway.
"What do you propose we do, Sire?" Reepicheep asked.
"We-" Caspian started, at the same time as Peter started: "Our-" They looked at each other. Realizing his place, Caspian concedes, and Peter continues.
"Our only hope is to strike them before they strike us."
"But that's crazy, no one has ever taken that castle." Caspian argured.
"There's always first time."
"We'll have the element of surprise." Trumpkin agreed.
"But we have the advantage here." Caspain still argued.
"If we dig in, we could probably hold them off indefinitely." Susan said. Caspian looked to her and she returned it. Robin smirked. The badger,Trufflehunter raised his hand.
"I, for one, feel safer underground." He stated. Robin nodded absentmindly. Peter turned to Caspian.
"Look," Peter started. "I appreciate what you've done, but this isn't a fortress, it's a tomb."
"Yes, and if the Telmarines are smart, they'll just starve us out." Edmund stated. Many Narnians nodded in agreement.
"We could collect nuts!" Pattertwig, the squirrel, said.
"Oh yes, and throw them at the Telmarines!" Reepicheep agreed sarcasically, looking at the squirrel. "Shut up!" He turned back to Peter. "I think you know where I stand on this, Sire." He said, rising himself higher, with a hint of pride. Peter nodded and turned to Glenstorm.
"If I can get your troops in, can you handle the guards?" He asked the great Centaur. Glenstorm looked at Caspian, Robin, then back to Peter.
"Or die trying, my liege." He said bowing.
"That's what I'm worried about." Lucy, who had positioned herself atop of the Table, said after hearing the arguments.
"Sorry?" Peter asked, walked toward her.
"Well, you're all acting like there are only two options: Dying here, dying there." Robin nodded, but Peter was being stubborn.
"I'm not sure you're really been listening, Lu." Robin pushed herself off the wall and walked forward.
"No, you're not listening." She said, as she stopped next to Lucy.
"Or have you forgotten who really defeated the White Witch, Peter?" Lucy stated.
"I think we've waited for Aslan long enough." Peter said, putting his finally word on the subject and walking away.
Robin scoffed and was quick to follow him. She followed him out of the tomb, up the tunnel, and back up the stairs she had just come from, only this time he went a different direction and stopped on the outlook above the ramp. Here, he turns on Robin.
"What do you want?" He says a little too loudly.
"I want you to think straight!" She yells back.
"I am." Robin scoffed again.
"No, thinking straightly, would be calling off this attack and saving your men, and energy, for the big battle that is sure to come."
"Not if we win this one."
"'If'? Seriously, you just told me you don't think you will. By Aslan's Mane, Peter Pevensie you are so stubborn at times. Why you can't see this I don't know. But..." She growled, and because of the beast inside, the growl was real. Peter took a step back, but Robin quickly controled it. She stammered on her words for a second before she nearly whipsered out, "Why don't you see any of this?"
"Because I don't know what it is you want me to see." Robin bit her lip and nodded her head.
"Like I said...stubborn. I'm sorry, Peter, but I will not be joining you on this one. The battle is all your's." She started to walked away.
"You once said you would fight to the death with me!" Robin sighed, and turned back around.
"Then you didn't want to fight. I said that to let the fear in your veins disappear, and be replaced with courage. If I could, I'd say something to replace this stubbornness with correct thinking." Peter seemed lost for words and looked down, his brow frowning. "I guess I didn't change your mind." Robin put no hope into her words, but simply stated them. Peter looked up quickly, his face set to no emotion.
"No, you didn't." And he left her.

A/N
Shorter chapter and I find it quite
crappy, but yeah, okay.
What did ya'll think of it?
A fair warning for the next
chapter: Robin ends up letting
the beast out. Not that you
would understand right
now, but just to warn
you about the upcoming update.
