love at first sight (Nash grier)

Chapter 26

(Alex pov)

I walk out my room to see Nash sitting on the couch on his phone. He looks up and notices me.

"Hey babe, you ready to go?"

"Yeah"

Nash stands up from the couch and pulls me into a hug.

We walk out the hotel and get into a cab. It wasn't rush hour so we should be there shortly. Nash and I decided go go to central park. We walked around for a while and it was pretty fun. We sat at a bench in front of a lake. There where ducks and fish. The sun was starting to set so we decided to leave the park.

"hey are you hungry?"

"A little"

"I saw a diner down the street"

"Okay"

I jumped on Nash's back and he carried me down the street to the diner. It didn't take long for us to be seated. We sat down at a booth and a waitress walked over to us. Before she walked over to us she fixed her hair and walked over to us swaying her hips. Oh great another slutty waitress.

Why are we always stuck with the slutty waitresses?

She smiled at Nash and flirted with him. Nash didn't look to interested and I was actually pretty glad. She glared at me and I just laughed. I couldn't take her serious with her caked face. She looked to much like a clown, All she was missing was a red nose. She rolled he eyes at me and brought her attention back to Nash.

"Excuse me but I'm pretty sure we came here to eat and I'm kinda losing my appetite just looking at you, so if you don't mind can we order now?"

She glared at me and I looked at Nash. He was trying his hardest to hold back his laughter.

"Excuse me?" She asked

"Your excused, Now can we order or Nah?"

"Yeah whatever, what do you want?"

"A new waiter"

She rolled her eyes and walked away swaying her hips. I look over at Nash. He was completely red. He was holding his stomach and he burst out laughing. I couldn't help but laugh either. After a while of laughing me and Nash were red as a tomato.

We had a waitress in her thirties. So I had to problem with her.

"Hi, What can I get you two today?" The waitress asked.

Finally a waitress with some class.

"I'll just have a burger and some fries" I say and look over at Nash.

"I'll have the chicken fingers"

"Anything to drink"

"I'll have a water" I say

"I'll have the same" Nash says and smiles at me

We hand the lady our menus and she tells us she will bring our stuff out as soon as possible.

Me and Nash talked about random things while we waited for our food. The food came and we ate our food. I started to laugh because I saw that clown glaring at me from the front of the diner.

"Why are you laughing?" Nash asked confused

"The clown is over there glaring at me"

Nash looks over and she waves at him. Nash puts his attention back on me and he starts to laugh. Nash stole a fry from me and started to laugh.

"Get your own fries" I said and threw a fry at him

"Hey! your waisting perfectly good fries"

"You have your own fries"

"But I want yours" He said giving me a small smile. He stole another fry and started to laugh.

We eventually finished our food and Nash payed. I offered to pay but Nash wanted to be a 'gentleman' and pay for the food. I thanked him and gave him a peck on the lips. The clown glared at me and I just smiled. Me and Nash walked out the diner and walked around.

"Where do you want to go?" Nash asked

"Lets go on a ferry ride?"

"That sounds pretty fun, lets go"

We call a cab to take us to the docks. Nash brought two tickets for the next ferry. We had to wait fifteen minutes for the next ferry. Me and Nash sat on the dock. I rested my head on his shoulders, we looked out at the calm water. It was so pretty. After fifteen minutes the ferry pulls up at the dock.

Me and Nash stand up and get on the ferry. Me and Nash had our phones on silent the whole night so we wouldn't be interrupted by any calls or messages. We took a seat on one of the benches they had on the boat and we sit there and look out at the water. The city lights were beautiful. We looked up at the stars and they shined bright today just like the moon. The stars and the moon reflected on the water.  Nash leaned in for a kiss and I did too. The kiss was long and passionate. I get this feeling in my stomach whenever we kiss. I never felt this way with any other guy. Nash makes me happy. I smile and look out at the water.

"I love you" He says and kisses me on the forehead.

"I love you too"

Nash wrapped his arms around waist. I rested my head on Nash's shoulder. We stayed in comforting silence the rest of the ride.

When we got back to the dock we got off the boat and walked down the street. We stopped at an ice cream shop and got a large cup of vanilla ice cream. Me and Nash shared it as we sit at a park bench. Nash called a cab and we waited a few minutes for the cab to show up.

We got in the cab and went back to the hotel. I jumped on Nash's back and he carried me to our hotel room. We went into Nash's room and he put me down on his bed. He hands me a pair of his sweatpants and a t-shirt. I change into the clothes and I lay in the bed next to him. He wrapped his arms around my body and I snuggled up into his chest.

"Night babe" He said and kissed my forehead

"Night"

I felt so safe in his arms. Within minutes I was asleep.
