Chapter 29

(Alex pov)

We watched a few movies and it was almost four.

"Where are we going?" I ask Nash

"It's a surprise" Nash said giving me a smile

"But I don't like surprises" I whine

"Oh well" Nash said and Kissed me on the cheek and gets off the bed and leaves the room.

I grab a pair of black high waisted shorts and a white crop top with the infinity sign on it. I took a quick shower and started to do my hair. I blow dried my hair and left it in its natural waves. I changed into my outfit and choose a pair of black high top converse. I when I finished redoing my makeup it was almost 5:00. I grabbed my phone and went on twitter for the rest of the time. I hear a knock on the door so I get off my bed and go to the door. I open the door and see Nash. He is wearing a black and white striped shirt, blue jeans and white Vans.

"Hey, you ready to go?" Nash said giving me a smile. I shook my head yes and grabbed my phone from off the bed.

We walk down the hallway and waited for the elevator. We get on the elevator and we enjoy each others company. When the elevator doors open again we exit the elevator and walk out the hotel. In front of the building was a black limo. Nash opened the door for me. I thanked him and got inside the limo. Nash walked to the other side of the limo and got in. The driver started the car and drove off.

"Can you please tell me where we're going?"

"Its a surprise"

Nash wrapped his arms around me and kissed my forehead. We soon arrived at central park. I reached for the door but Nash stopped me.

"What?" I asked confused

"I want to open the door for you"

I smiled and rolled my eyes at him. He got out the car and opened the door for me. I thanked him and kissed his cheek. He held my hand and led me to a tree by the lake. Under the tree there was a blanket and on the blanket was a candle, Two plates and a picnic basket. Me and Nash sat on the blanket and he pulled out a few things from the basket. Nash pulled out a salad and some freshly made spaghetti.

"I ordered it from this Italian restaurant. I'm not the best cook" Nash said a little ashamed

"No it fine. You obviously put in a lot of thought and that's all that really matters" I said and kissed him on the cheek causing him to blush

We put the food on our plates and ate our food. Which was actually really good. We talked about the most random things. After the dinner we walked around the park enjoying each others company. We sat at a park bench in front of the lake. It was so beautiful. The way that moon and stars reflected on on the water. Nash wrapped his arm around my body and I placed my head on Nash's shoulder. Nash played with my hair and kissed my forehead.

"I love you" Nash said breaking the comforting silence

"I love you too"

Nash leaned into a kiss and I met him half way. When our lips connected it felt like nothing else mattered. Our kiss was interrupted by my phone going off. I broke the kiss and looked at my phone.

"Ugh it's Matt"

I answer the phone and hold it up to my ear.

"Where are you?" He asked concerned

"What? No hello?" I say to get get on his nerves

"Where are you?" He asked again

"I'm out with Nash"

"Why didn't you tell anyone? We all wanted to hang out tonight. We were looking for you guys, we got a little worried when you and Nash didn't answer our text"

"Sorry, we should be back soon if you guys still want to go out"

"We can go out tomorrow. Enjoy your date with Nash"

We said our goodbyes and hung up the phone.

"What did Matt want?" Nash asked after I hung up the phone

"The guys were worried about us, they wanted to go out tonight"

Nash nodded his head and we started to walk around some more. After a while of walking and talking we decided to go back to the hotel. We got into the limo and drove back to the hotel. We got to our room and saw Brittany on the couch. She looked over at us and rolled her eyes at me. I went into my room and changed into comfortable clothing. I put on Nash's grey sweatpants and a blue tank top. I heard a knock on the door so I answered it. I opened the door and Brittany was standing there.

"What do you want" I asked annoyed

"I'm sorry"

"Whatever" I said and attempted to close the door. She put her foot in between the door and the door frame.

"What do you want now?" I asked annoyed

"I really do want to be friends with you" She said opening the door wider

"So you think you can just apologize and everything will be alright?" I said holding back my hatred towards her

"I know you don't like me but I think if we're are going to be on tour together all summer I think we should at least try to get along." She said. And as much as I hate to admit it but she's right.

"I'll try if you try"

"I will" She said and opened her arms for a hug. I stood there with my hands crossed over my chest. She awkwardly put her hands down and said bye. She walked away and I closed the door. I went on my phone for a while and Matt came into my room.

"You don't even knock, I could've been changing"

"But you weren't" He said sitting on my bed

"I guess. What do you want?"

"How was your date with Nash?" He asked me

"It was really good. We went to central park and he had a picnic planed out for us and we went on a walk"

"That's so sweet"

"It was" I said smiling. I went over to my makeup bag and took out some makeup remover. I went over to the mirror and took off all my makeup. I made sure it was all off and went over to the bed where Matt was sitting.

"Lets take a selfie" Matt said pulling out his phone and turning on the camera

"No I look ugly" I said covering my face

"No you don't"

"I just took off my makeup"

Matt moved my hands away from my face and quickly took the picture. I looked at the picture and he actually caught me off guard. I looked like I just seen a ghost.

"Eww Matt delete it" I said reaching for his phone. He stood up and because of the height difference I was to short. I stood of the bed and reached for the phone. He kept moving his hand so I wouldn't be able to get it.

"Matt please" I whined

"Take one more step I post the picture on Instagram" Matt said and I instantly backed away

"You wouldn't"

"Do you want to try me?" Me said giving me a smile. I sigh and sit on the bed. I wasn't going to test him cause I know he will.

"I thought so" He said giving me a smirk. I just glared at him and he started to laugh. We talked a little and he left the room. I went over to Nash's room and his door wasn't fully shut so I decided to enter. When I walked in the room I soon regretted it.
