Chapter 22

*The next day*

(Alex pov)

I was straightening my hair when Matt called from the kitchen.

"ALEX HURRY UP WE HAVE TO GO!" Matt called from the kitchen

"ALRIGHT CALM DOWN, I'M ALMOST DONE!"

Today we were going to an event and we all woke up a little late. I changed into white high waisted shorts, and a light blue crop top with cat whiskers on the front. I brought this outfit yesterday with Mahogany and Azucena. We all decided to wear the same outfit today. I put on a pair of black Vans and walked out the room.

"Your such a girl" Matt said playfully pushing me

"Well I'm pretty sure I'm a girl, so thanks" I said and Matt rolled his eyes.

We all walk out the hotel room and quickly walk past the girls in the lobby. We walk down the street to the place the event was going to take place at. We walk through the doors and wait backstage.

Mahogany goes over to her DJ booth.

"Alex! Azu! Come here" Mahogany says on the microphone.

Me and Azucena walk over to the DJ booth and help Mahogany pick out some songs. The guys where running around backstage and Jacob was recording.

The doors were opening and Fans filled the room. After five minutes Mahogany introduced everyone.

"Please welcome Matthew Espinosa"

"Hayes Grier"

"Carter Reynolds"

"Nash Grier"

"Cameron Dallas"

"Jack & Jack"

"Jacob Whitesides"

"Shawn Mendes"

"Taylor Caniff"

"And Aaron Carpenter"

They all ran onstage as their name was called.

"With special guest Azucena Gilinsky and Alex Espinosa"

Me and Azucena waved to the crowd when Mahogany said our names.

The guys decided to to a challenge that involved the fans. They were going to race across the stage with a fan on their back.

Nash choose Me and Hayes choose Azucena. Everyone else went into the crowd and picked out a fan.

We jumped onto the guys back and Mahogany was going to announce when we start.

"Ready Set GO!" Mahogany said and all the guys started to run.

After the challenge Mahogany played Lip gloss and the guys started to do their lip gloss dance. It was pretty funny. Nash pulled me into the dance. I didn't really know how to do it so Nash tried to teach me.

"You suck at this" Nash laughed

"No shit"

Matt recorded me trying to dance and he put it on vine. It was pretty funny.

After dancing to a few songs. Jack and Jack started to sing a song. They sang Flights and Distance. Then Shawn Sang Summertime Sadness. The guys started to run out of ideas so they did a few more challenges. After the challenges Jacob sang a song and the event was over.

We had a hour lunch break so we all decided to go to taco bell. We got our taco's and sat at a table and ate our taco's. When we were done eating we had to walk back.

We walked back and started to set up for the meet and greet. I was going to sit with Matt but Nash begged me to sit with him. I only said yes because I still want to be friends and eventually have a relationship with him.

They started to let the fans in and a lot of fans where in line for Nash. Nash signed a few things and took some pictures with the first fan. I was on my phone minding my business and some of Nash's 'Fans' started to make some rude remarks towards me.

"Nash what are you doing with this skank" A girl with dark brown hair and chocolate brown eyes said

"You can do so much better, I mean look all of these girls are prettier than her" Her friend said.

I pretended it didn't bother me but on the inside it killed me.

"How are you going to judge her. You don't even know her" Nash said to the girls

"I know you can do so much better" The girl with the dark brown hair said

"Leave! Now!" Nash said standing up from his chair and pointing at the door.

"Please Nash we just want a picture"

"No, Now Leave"

"Nash..."

"Leave"

The girls had more excuses and Nash was tired of hearing them so he called over security. They forced the two girls to leave and they did.

"Thank you" I mumbled

"It was no problem" Nash said and pulled me into a hug. He broke the hug and went back to the fans. I stood up and walked over to Matt holding back my tears.

"I'm gonna go back to the hotel"

"Why, what's wrong"

"Nothing, I'm just really tired"

"Liar"

"I am not"

"We'll talk later, here's the room key" Matt said while handing me the room key.

I walked past all the booths and Azucena noticed something was wrong.

"Hey where are you going"

"Back to the room"

"Do you want me to come"

"No, you can stay it looks like you and Hayes are having a good time"

"I'll talk to you later"

I walk out the building and tears are streaming down my face. I quickly walk back to the hotel and unlock the room. The same words repeated in my head over and over again. I run into my room and close the door. I change into a pair of Matt's sweats and a sports bra. I put my hair in a messy bun and took off my makeup. I turn my phone off and I lay on my bed and stare at the ceiling. Tears fell from my eyes I eventually fell asleep.
