Chapter 36

(Matt's pov)

I unlocked the door in Alex's room and went to the store down the street. I brought everyone a water gun and when I got back to the hotel I told everyone the plan even Shawn and the girls were up to it. I told them that I knew she would be hiding in the bathroom. We quickly ran into the rooms and filled our guns up with water. We all met up in the living room we quietly made our way into Alex"s room. I unlocked the bathroom door and counted to three. I opened the door and was automatically hit with a water balloon filled with shaving cream. Then I was hit with a water balloon. Alex threw it at everyone behind me too. There was only one of her and thirteen of us. We began to spray her with our Nerf super soakers. We soaked her with water and she continued throwing the balloons at us. She eventually ran out of balloons and we ran out of water. We were both about to surrender but Shawn had another idea. He had a huge bucket filled with ice and water. He picked up the bucket and threw the cold water on her. Alex completely freaked out.

"SHAWN!!!!!!" She screamed at the top of her lungs. Shawn threw the bucket to the ground and dashed out the room. Everyone else stood there laughing. She had a grin on her face and opened her arms for a hug. We all ran out the room. But me being me slipped on some water on the ground and got soaked from all the water Shawn threw on her. Her room was a complete mess. Her bathroom was flooded in water and the carpet in her room was wet and full on shaving cream. She grabbed multiple towels and spread them out on the floor so it can pick up all the water we cleaned up her carpet and left the room.

With all this noise we caused I'm surprised me don't have a noise complaint.

(Alex pov)

After Me and Matt cleaned up my room I thought of some ways to get Shawn back. I grabbed my phone and a change of clothes. I decided to a black crop top with the words 'boss' on it in gold, A pink skater skirt and black vans. I put my hair in a side fishtail braid. I grabbed my clothes and went into Nash's room to get changed in his bathroom. I brought my wet clothes back into my room and let them dry before I put them in the dirty clothes bag. Everyone changed there clothes and we sat down on the couch. Shawn walked into the room and the expression on his face changed completely. He looked terrified, as if he just seen a ghost. I just laughed at him.

"Shawn, I'm not mad" I said and he walked over to the couch where I was sitting and pulled me into a hug. We all sat around for a while watching a movie that nobody payed attention to. We were talking and laughing the whole time.

"Why don't we go to dinner and explore the city" Jacob suggested and we all agreed. We grabbed our phones and money then left.

We made sure at least one person from each room had their room keys. Everyone seemed to forget there's at times and nobody wants to be locked out the hotel room waiting for Bart to unlock the door for us. It happened before and it will happen again. Bart would literally make us wait an hour until he finally opens the door.

We walked out the hotel room and started walking down the hallway when a group of fans noticed us. I really hope they don't know what hotel room we are in. The last thing we need are fans knocking on the door every five seconds. Since there weren't that many girls the guys decided to take pictures and sign a few things for them. Me and Azucena just talked and waited for the guys and Mahogany.

They were finally done and we went to the elevators and waited. It seems like the girls have followed us to the elevator. When the elevator arrived we all crowded into the elevator. Knowing we all couldn't fit we decided to make room for the fans. I jumped on Nash's back, Azucena jumped on Hayes back and Mahogany jumped on Jacob's back. Making a bit more room. The girls managed to squeeze on the elevator. The girls literally stared at us the whole time. One girl looked about 14 or 15, she started to fangirl, something about being in the same elevator as us and stuff like that. She took pictures and everything. She looked like she was about to pass out. Carter was the closes to her. He wrapped his arms around her to see her reaction. She literally screamed at the top of her lungs. Carter immediately pulled away. This was the longest elevator ride ever. One girl looked about 12 her eyes were wide open I don't think she blinked once, I felt like her eyes would fall out her head. She was staring at Cameron. Cameron was starting to get uncomfortable. She looked as if she was ready to kidnap Cameron and keep her for herself. Another girl was about 16 she was wearing a Shawn Mendes shirt and she was begging Shawn to sing for her. Shawn denied but that didn't stop her from asking again. Finally the elevator doors opened. We all crowded off the elevator and I got off Nash's back.
