Lillian Morgan
I couldn't sit still. Not with everyone sitting around me at a table in a café. Then there were the other people who holds were looking at us in awe. 15 famous people who people wish to be or be with all sitting together in one place.
"Stop looking at me like that." I snap quietly and everyone turns their heads away.
"Why did you give up on me Alex?" I ask after a couple seconds silence. Alex looks at me on shock.
"I was just shocked. The look on your face. It just showed you were guilty. I didn't really know how to feel with you killing your old director. But now that I have the whole story I understand." He replies and I laugh dryly.
"Yet you didn't care then. You didn't want the whole story. You didn't want to find out why I would have killed him. If you'd stuck around and fought back then you would have found out sooner that all I did was poison him with a non lethal amount. That it wasn't me who killed him. I may have also told you the whole story as to why I poisoned him in the first place but no. That's not what you did. You marked me guilty right away and don't even think for a second that I'm going to tell you why I poisoned him." I snarl, my voice breaking at the end. Alex looks down, his face full of hurt and imediantly I regret my harsh tone.
My mouth opens and closes in an attempt to apologize but no words come out. Blinking back teats I stand and hurry off. As soon as I step outside I take off running. When I pass the cafe window I spot Liam sitting next to his brother an arm around his shoulder. "I always have to mess it up. Every relationship, every friendship. I always mess it up in one way or another." I mutter as I blink back tears and don't stop running.
I only stop when amongst the traffic I see a black car. It indicates and parks on the side of the road. It's windows tinted heavily. When I look behind me there was another car just the same on both sides of the street. Their engines on ready to go.
Cursing under my breath I turn to the side to see a hotel. Walking inside swiftly I head to the resection desk. "Lillian Morgan?" The woman gasps and I smile at her.
"That's me. I was wondering if you had a room avaliable. I just need a place to stay for the night. I'll even pay double if I have to." I say with a pleading smile.
"There's no need for that. There's a room on the 4th floor. It's room 23. You can pay in the morning." The lady says kindly and passes me a black and silver key card.
"Thank you. Also if there are any loud disturbances heard from my room ring Alex Stone. This is his number. Tell him that Lillian Morgan has been found by Macy. When he gets here give him a key to my room. Feel free to keep his number. The man sure he won't mind." I say and write down Alex's number quickly before handing it over.
"Oh okay. Don't worry. I'll make sure to have someone on that room every few minutes just in case. Have a good stay miss Morgan." The receptionist says and I smile before walking swiftly up the stairs to the 4th floor. Quickly I locate room 23 and get inside, locking the door behind me. The room was clean and not a spec out of place. Taking a deep breath I walk to the couch and sit down in wait.

Alex Stone
I never thought that words could hurt as much as the ones Lillian just spoke. I couldn't help but feel pained, broken and thrown away. If I thought Lillian calling me a drunken mistake hurt I was wrong. This is many times worse. Liam sat next to me, his arm around my shoulder.
"I'm sure she didn't mean it like that." He says in am attempt to make me feel better but it doesn't work because I knew the truth.
"She was right. I gave up on her. It's my own fault." I shake my head and stand up before walking away, ignoring their protests.
Climbing into my car I put it into gear and drive off. As I get down the road I spot three black cars all running and all with heavily tinted windows. Each sitting know the side of the road. To be honest a I didn't really care. Lillians probably far away by now. Her drivers probably come and picked her up. Taken her home wherever it is.
Those cars could belong to anyone.
After 40 or so minutes of driving I pull up on the side of the road. It's quiet and no cars in sight. Closing my eyes I recline in my seat and doze off for a quick sleep.
Hoping it'll help ease the pain.
Hoping it'll help get Lillians angry face out of my head.
Yet I hope for a lot of things these days.
But who knows.
Maybe this time might be different. Maybe my hopes will finally come true and make my life better for a change. Make it without the fights, the running, the pain, the death.
Now I'm getting carried away.
Being one of the 8 Riches means I'm never going to escape this life. All I can hope for really is a break and a slice of peace.

I bolt awake to the sound of my phone ringing. It's dark outside and I have to fumble around my car to find my phone.
When I find it I see I've missed 8 calls all from the same private number. Quickly I answer it. "Hello?" I ask with a slight yawn.
"Oh thank god. Mr Stone my name is Jelisa. I'm the receptionist at Great Rosewood Hotel. I was told by one of out customers to ring you when a disturbance was heard in their room. They said to tell you that Lillian Morgan has been found by Macy. I tried to ring you but you wouldn't answer. Please hurry. I heard screaming and smashing from inside. I think miss Morgan is in trouble." The person on the other end of the line says and I put my seat into the right position before starting my car and turning around before heading back into the city quickly.
"Don't worry. I'll be there as soon as I can." I reply and hang up.
"God Lillian. Can't go off alone for a day without setting up a trap thst can get you killed." I mutter to myself.
