Mysteryheart
Mysteryheart walked away from the fight. Cloudyrain trailed behind her. "Mysteryheart, please, stop this. You're making me sad as well."
She frowned. "You weren't the one to lose somebody they loved!" she growled her fur fluffed up as she lay herself in ThunderClan's camp clearing.
"No, not this time. But I have, twice," he snapped.
Her heart ached as she laid there. "Yeah, who'd you lose?"
"I know you're heart Brocken at the moment and this is why you're acting this way..." he began. Then he noticed she was waiting for an answer. "I lost my sister, Rainpup. She was sick and couldn't become an apprentice with me. She stayed a pup until she died. I lost you, Mysteryheart."
She turned her head around to look at him. "But I'm here. I'm here staring into your eyes, listening to you. You lost your sister, not me."
"But I did," he argued. "I will never have you as my mate. You said it yourself."
"Yes I did say that. And I'm not your mate nor will I ever be. But that doesn't change what happen between us. Listen, because of you I know all ShadowClan territory. I have my Clan in a higher rank then you. You betrayed your Clan, Cloudyrain," she muttered and stared at him.
Hurt and thought shown in his eyes. "I did that because-"
She cut him off. "Oh, because you had the idea that I'd be with you forever? After you lied to me?"
She broke his hurt. She made it become anger. "You know, I'm here trying to make you feel better. And you, you're making me feel like fox-dung!"
He left here laying in the clearing. "Cloudyrain!" she called her didn't turn around. "Don't... go..."
Ugh. I messed up that. Great! she thought. Graystar. She'll care about how I feel, she always does!
She lifted her body and sniffed the dirt. At first all Mysteryheart smelled was blood, fresh and old. Then she caught ahold of Graystar's scent. She followed it until it came strong. When she lifted her head she saw Graystar. The leader was knelt down on a body, a dead body. Mosspelt! her father's scent flooded in her nose.
"Graystar. Is he?" she couldn't finish her sentence. The thought of her father being dead made her feel sick.
"Mysteryheart!" Graystar turned to me. "I'm sorry. H-he is...."
She slowly walked towards them. "No, no... Not him too!" Mysteryheart wailed.
Graystar lifted her head in concern. "Too?"
She nodded. "Bearpaw... He died."
The leader raced to her side. "I'm sorry. You lost your sisters, your mate, and your father."
"Who did this?" she asked weakly.
Graystar looked up from the dirt. "Raggespelt. He said he needed to kill everyone you cared about before you died."
"Uh... Graystar?" she began. "How many lives do you have left?"
"One..." Graystar muttered looking back to the ground.
Her eyes blazed. "What if you die? I will have to take over!!!"
"I won't. You aren't ready," Graystar met her eyes. "StarClan won't let me die. You are too weak to lead."
"So I'm weak?" she growled.
Graystar turned. "You won't be able to last on your own. Even with nine lives."
"We'll see about that," she snapped.
She walked and walked. Until she met TunderClan's border. Across that border lived rouges and leashed dogs.
Rouges lived with no one. Sometimes they'd have a few that stayed with them. Leashed dogs lived with two-legs. They relied on the pink two-legged things.
Mysteryheart stepped across the border. She was sure to prove her leader wrong. She could last on her own.
I know this one is short but I promise to update later today!
