Mysteryheart
She stood in front of Jackie, just about to start training him. "No. Jackie, no. That is not right, at all!" she scolds him like a pup that has left the camp without a warrior.
He grunts in response before coming to a stop. "What did I do wrong this time?"
"Your swipe was terrible, you call that an attack?!"
"I call it learning," he snapped. "Have you trained before?"
Mysteryheart searched his eyes. "No, there hasn't been queens since Bearpaw and his littermates."
"Queens?" He asked, clearly confused.
She sighed. He obviously has no idea who, what, or how a Clan is. she thought while shaking her head. "Queens are females expecting to have pups." she explained. "Now, try and attack me. Get me pinned, then we'll be done for today. We've got to take care of the pups."
He took her by surprise as he pinned her easily. "Are we done now?"
"That was brilliant!" Mysteryheart exclaimed still under him. "If you learn at this rate, we can teach them better once they're six moons!"
Jackie riased his eyebrows. "We are'nt in your Clan, we can teach them when we want."
"Are you testing me? We're doing this the way I'm used to," she growled.
His eyes searched her face. She avoided eye conntact. "Why? Affraid of a change?"
Her eyes blazed with fury. "I need mature dogs to apprentice."
"We are'nt in your Clan!" he howled.
She felt anger over any other emotion. "You are acting like a pup!"
"I'm acting like a pup?" he growled. "You're the one acting like a pup!"
Mysteryheart's eyes narrowed. "Jackie," she tried to begin, but he gladly took her.
"No, Mystery, I'm sorry," he said looking her straight in the eye. "I should listen to you, you're the one who knows everthing about training. I-I lo-"
Mysteryheart interrupted him by gently brushing against him. "Don't say it, there's no reason for you to say it, especially to me."
Jackie leaned against her. "I love you, Mystery. No question about it."
