The Memory Tree

You and Peter stand on either side of the girl, who has introduced herself as Princess Tiger Lily.  You are gathered around a huge tree stump covered in bumps and lines. "We call this the Memory Tree," Tiger Lily says, gesturing to the stump. "We shall start with your story, Peter." She glides her hand over it, and a story begins to play across the surface of the wood. "It was a time of war..." Tiger lily narrates. The wood ripples like waves across the ocean. Thousands of wooden soldiers run out of the ripples, waving swords and other weapons. 

"Blackbeard destroyed everything in pursuit of the pixum." Blackbeard's face surfaces out of the water, causing the ripples to swallow the soldiers. 

"But then..." The face sinks back into the stump, making way for a single man kneeling on a hill to come forth out of the wood. 

"Our chief made a pact with the Fairy king uniting our people against the pirates." Out of the hill warriors and pirates fly, fighting each other before swirling around and disappearing under the wood, leaving one warrior alone on the wood's surface. "One night, the king's son, the fairy prince..." a pirate ship surfaces out of the wood, and the one man left swims towards it on the wooden waves.
