"I can't believe it!"
Halo has been crying for the past thirty minutes. Jungkook knew you were home by now but he had to make sure she was alright.
After all she just found out her own twin died.
"I-I mean she was bad and all but that didn't mean she had to die!" Halo blows into her twentieth tissue. Jungkook feels bad for her. But what surprised him the most was that fact that she was related to the same female that lied about being pregnant.
How can someone so sweet be related to something so slutty?
Jungkook tries to calm her down. He looks at his watch and sees the time. He promised to be home by six and it was already five-forty. He scratches the back of his neck and stands up from the small bench they were sitting on.
"Listen Halo..."
The teary eyed girl sniffles while looking up at him. Her green eyes has him in a trance. They were greener than the football field he used to practice on. He shakes his head slightly and coughs.
"I have t-to go"
Halo stands and nods.
"Thank you so much. I know your girlfriend must be seriously worried" she hugs him tightly and Jungkook only hugs back then quickly pulls away.
He shows her a faint smile. Jungkook was ready to walk away but Halo's hand stops him. He turns around slowly and sees the look in her eyes.
"Can I have your number at least" she nibbles on her bottom lip. He contemplates for a few seconds before deciding to give her his number.
"Sure" he smiles.
It's the least he could do
Right?
She pulls out her phone and hands it to him. Jungkook feels slightly guilty. It was that feeling you would get if you were cheating on someone but he wasn't. He was simply helping someone who was in distress.
"There" he returns her phone.
"Thank you again" she smiles weakly.
He quickly walks off this time exiting the small shop and picking up with roses he got. He quickly walks to his and car and unlocks it. Once he's inside and buckled up he wastes no time to drive home.
He pulls off down the busy streets then turning left. Driving through a neighborhood he notices a house for sale. His eyes lingers at the house seeing how perfect it was. Perfect for you.
He smiles and takes a quick picture. The neighbor next door sees Jungkook and winks at him. He rolls his eyes and continues driving.
The rest of the drive was just Jungkook listening to his song, trying to find parts that could change. A few minutes later he parks (Jimin) in the parking lot of the apartment building and sees you walking in your white crop top with jeans and white sneakers.
