Jungkook
The cool breeze against my face makes me feel so relaxed as I walk out the hospital. Wouldn't say it's fresh air but it's air. When I heard that I was able to leave sooner than expected I didn't hesitate to call Choi. I made sure to wash all of the left over dye that was in my hair and asked him to bring me some clean clothes.
My hair grew longer than I expected and I was really hoping to see my princess ready to jump out and hug me when I got out but she didn't. At the same time, however, I want to surprise her and make her mad that I didn't tell her I was coming home today.
"Sir the car is prepped and ready to go." I look over to see Choi waiting patiently for me. "What did I say about the 'sir' thing Choi. You've known me long enough now." I smile. He clears his throat before relaxing a bit. "Sorry Jungkook, I just haven't seen you in a while."
"Well now I'm back and better than ever." Choi smiles while opening the car door for me and before I take a step forward I see Dr.Mendez walk up to me. "I see you're up and ready to go." He smiles. I nod my head and adjust my bag on my shoulder. "Well gotta get the nursery done before my three head aches get here."
"I meant to tell you something about that." His hands go into his pockets. "I was going through your family's history and did you know your father was a twin?" My eyes widened and he laughs.
My father was a fucking twin?
Does this mean I could have an uncle that resembles him? Why didn't my mother tell me about that? Why didn't he tell me when he was alive? Was he the evil twin?
Ok now I'm just being ridiculous.
"My mother never told me about that." I reply. Mendez simply shrugs and walks over to the hospital's entrance. "Sometimes parents do things that are questionable but the things they do; they do it with good intentions and that's my advice for you."
I can only smile and watch as he walks inside. Who knew that my own doctor could be so generous enough to give me advice of taking care of my future family.
Future family....
Just the sound of it makes my heart pound out of my chest. I'm going to have a family with the girl I love more than anything in this world. We deserve this. We fought through a tsunami of lies and swam to safety. We were each other's safety. Regardless of our shameful ways and the stupid things we did but we changed.
