Third Person P.O.V

"I just don't get why we have to go through all this fucki-"

"Language Mark hyung." Jinyoung scolded. Over the past few weeks, they have gotten closer, and Mark told all his friends and family to not be so formal with him because "It made him feel like an old man."

"But why go through all this just to be crowned a king?" Mark complained. Jackson was laughing silently at his lover's annoyance beside him.

"You say it as if it was nothing. Being crowned a king Mark, a king." Youngjae emphasized. "But I was the crowned prince the minute I was born, and everyone knew that I was going to become king one day. Why all the hassle?" He pouted.

"Calm down Mark hyung. I know you're annoyed and you don't like attention, but it's tradition. Just go with it alright?" and the prince shut up at the sound of his lover's voice. There was a silence.

"You're so whipped for Jackson." Jinyoung commented, pointing out the obvious fact. Mark didn't even try to deny it. "Damn right I am." He smirked as he puts his royal suit on. "No PDA please."

"Oh shut up. We all know you and Jaebum PDA more than us." Youngjae blushed. You see, those two weren't exactly a couple, but they might as well be. Jaebum was hard to get, but Youngjae was working on it. No matter how many times Jaebum denied Youngjae, everyone knew he was in love with the vampire.

Youngjae never gave up after he heard this thought in Jaebum's head...

~Flashback~

Youngjae walked through the school halls with his new look. It wasn't the first time he felt rejected by his mate, and wondered if they were even... Mates. But Mark told Youngjae not to give up, and be sure of himself, so he'll trust the prince.

As he sat down in his seat, he looked in Jaebum's direction and caught his gaze. Youngjae smirked at him before turning his gaze away. 'I'll win your heat. just wait.' He thought. Suddenly, his enhanced hearing caught the heartbeat of his mate, and it was beating rapidly. Youngjae was surprised to say the least, and decided to look in Jaebum's mind for the first time, as he always respected him and his privacy.

'What is this I'm feeling?' Jaebum asked himself. 'I'm not falling for that vampire am I?'

Youngjae's eyes widened, and a few seconds later, the brightest smile made it up to his face. He wasn't going to give up on Jaebum now. Maybe Mark was right. He was just too stupid to realize his feelings for Youngjae.

~Flashback End~

Ever since that day, Youngjae has been making moves on Jaebum. He secretly accepted his feelings for the vampire, but was too shy to admit it, even though it was too obvious. His favourite sentence seemed to be "I hate you Choi Youngjae." But we all know that "hate" could've easily been replaced by "love".

Back to the crowning event. Almost the entire kingdom of vampires gathered at the castle and waited to witness the crowning of the immortal king. Word got around that Mark was indeed, to vampire in the ancient tales, and they all accepted him and his mate as rulers for eternity.

It was a big event. Mark and Jackson had to get dressed in fancy royal suits, and Mark's siblings dressed in less fancier, but still fancy suits and dresses. It was rather uncomfortable for Mark and Jackson, with all the golden accessories and layers of thin fabric, but they went through with it anyway.

Mark's mother was proud of her children, and she would be the one crowning Mark king, and Jackson prince (until he officially marries Mark of course). The queen held Mark's hand in her right, and Jackson's hand in her left, and led them through the crowd, and onto the slightly raised plat form the two thrones were sitting on. They turned around.
