Jackson P.O.V
He kissed me.
Believe it or not, my first kiss was Mark. It was way back when he first confessed to me but I was just "playing" him. I don't know why, but when he first confessed to me, I just felt the urge to give him my first kiss. Yes, I played people, but I never felt like they deserved my first kiss anyway.
The kiss was slow, and our lips moved in sync.
We parted after a minute or two, and caught our breaths. "Hmm... are you sure?" Mark teased, and smiled. I looked at him and scoffed. "No." I turned around to leave, but he wrapped his arms around my waist again, and leaned his chin on my shoulder, staring at me.
He leaned in, and kissed me again, I couldn't help but return the kiss. After a few minutes, I backed away, and leaned our foreheads against each other. "What about now?" He asked. I smiled and looked away.
"Hm... I love you too."
I looked back into his eyes, and instantly got lost in them. How could someone look so... perfect?
"Take a picture, it'll last longer."
I snapped out of it, grabbed my phone, and took about three pictures of him, on the spot. "Didn't mean that literally but if you like it, ok." He made a few expressions and poses, and god, he looked just... perfect.
"Before you die from my visuals, how about I take you on a date?" He asked, teasing me at the same time. I nodded.
"Where are we going?" I was curious. "Hmm... probably some cliché place, like the café around the corner." He smiled and held my hand. "Let's go."
~Time Skip~
"Meteor Café?" I read out the sign. "I've never seen this before... did they just open?"
"Yup. Walked past here the other day, and thought I should bring you here." Mark said. We entered the café. It was so nicely furnished and decorated, I felt like I just walked under the night sky.
"Wow..." was the only thing that I could get out.
The walls were dark, and they were decorated with fairy lights all over, and there were some glowing planet like shapes around the room. The roof was a full on galaxy look, there were so many stars I couldn't count them.
The chairs fit the theme, it was white with gold lining and patterns, and there were candles on the table, to add a bit more light.
This looked a little fancy for a café, but I didn't mind. It was really beautiful.
"I didn't know that there was ever a place like this..." I said in awe. "Yeah, me neither, until I saw it the other day." Mark agreed.
We went to order a little bit of food and drinks, until I saw someone at the counter. "Jinyoung!" I whisper yelled. The said man snapped his head around to see Mark and I. "I didn't know you work here!"
He came over to us. "Of course not. I never told you. Plus, I just started." He stated obviously. "I take care of the café half of the time actually, you can say that I'm the second boss here."
We stared at him in amusement. "Did you help on the designing?" Mark asked. "Yeah, of course. Where would this masterpiece be without me?" He said a little over confidently. I rolled my eyes and Mark just chuckled. "Don't you dare roll your eyes at me young man. We both know I'm hella talented at these things." Ok ok fine. I'll admit. He's great at art and designing and these types of work.
"By the way, you guys look cute together." He casually mentioned, and walked off. My face instantly heated up, and Mark smirked. "Thanks, I know." He called after Jinyoung, which made me smack his arm.
"Owwww...." he faked the pain and rubbed his bicep, "it hurts..." he whined.
Did a vampire, just whine? In front of me? Because of me? What?
I just chuckled at his cuteness. What vampire, he's just straight up adorable.
Mark pouted. "Did you just doubt the fact that I'm a vampire??" He playfully threatened, "I wouldn't be afraid to show you how much of a vampire I am." And he opened his mouth and little wider, enough to show his teeth, and let his fangs grow out.
But oh my gosh, the face he made, he looked like a baby lion trying to look intimidating. At this point I couldn't stop laughing at his cuteness. How can this one person, have two such different sides to him?
Mark gave up and humphed. He went to a corner of the café and sat down on the seats. Luckily, no one was here the witness our little conversation.
Our food came, and I grabbed it from the counter, said "thank you" to Jinyoung and the guy who was helping him, who's name I learnt was Justin (Nine Percent anyone?), and went to join Mark.
"Come on Markie... are you mad at me?" I tried to make him smile. He just looked out the window, being sulky. "You're lucky you're you. Or else you would've been killed for calling me that." I smiled at my special privilege.
I just realized something... how did he know that I thought he was cute in the first place?
"wAIT, YOU CAN READ MY MIND?!" I yelled, catching Jinyoung and Justin's attention. Both of them shook their head at me, and went back to what they were doing.
Mark chuckled. "You just realized?"
"Heeeeeey no fair, that's an invasion of privacy." I complained.
"Too bad."
