"Hey!" he said with a big smile. I'm glad I called I really missed him. And his smile could cure cancer.

"Hey." I said giving him a smile back

"How's it going over there?" he asked

"It's great. And you will not believe the cars I get to keep! he gave me choices." I said

"Really? which ones?" he asked

"A camaro for emergency's, a jeep for secrecy and a Lamborghini for style. I thought of you when I choose it. Riding around in your black Lamborghini." I said

"Which you looked very sexy in." he said and I laughed a little and blushed

"So how's everything back home?" I asked

"Oh I moved. I am on tour now." he said

"Really?" I asked

"Yeah, I thought since you are starting your new career I thought I have some time on my hands and start with another album with the guys. It was my managers idea." he said

"Oh." no wonder, he looked like he was somewhere else in the background.

"I know, I should've told you, I'm sorry. it's just that we had to start the recording soon for the next songs." he said

"No it's okay, I'm glad for you." I said

"Okay." he said

"Hey I gtg. I don't know if I will be able to FaceTime, call or text you for a while because I will be at concerts performing, and will be recording new songs and stuff like that." he said

"Okay.." I said disappointed

"I will try to keep in touch with you as much as possible." he said

"Okay." I said

"Okay, bye." he said

"Bye." I said and turned off my laptop

Not communicating with Luke for a while? Seriously? no fair. I'm going to be busy too so yeah. I put my laptop away and climbed into my bed wondering what will happen in a few months.

That moment, kept me up all night.

Tomorrow

"Kristen!" I could hear Anne calling my name. I got up slowly.

"Yeah." I tried to yell but failed

"You got to have breakfast! Your meeting at Clef Records is in 1 hour!" she said

"Okay! thanks!" I said but went back to bed, but 5 minutes later I got up

I am wearing some skinny jeans with Luke's Nirvana shirt and black converse. I curled the ends of my hair, put on my makeup and went downstairs in the kitchen.

"Good morning sweetheart." Anne said

"Morning." I said

"What would you like for breakfast? Pancakes, waffles?" she asked

"Pancakes please." I said and she went right to work

As she worked, I went outside and called Luke, but his voicemail came on.

I sighed to myself. I know he is working hard but I want to see how he is doing.

I went back into the kitchen, had my breakfast and thanked Anne and then Caleb took me in the limo to Clef Records.

Luke's POV

Honestly, I am not fine at all. I've been working 24/7 not communicating with Kristen in what feels like forever.

I'm happy for her it's just that I want to see her. Performing is going to be hard for me. I wish I was back at my old house in North Carolina, where I could call Kristen every hour, every day.

"C'mon Luke." Michael called for me

"We gotta write more songs. Have a big brainstorming session." he said and walked into the other room. I walked in and sat down as we all thought of some song ideas.

I wonder what Kristen is doing now.

Kristen's POV

I am now at Clef Records about to meet Jeff Harrison, the manager who runs this record company. I am nervous but excited. I walked into the doors and checked myself in. A woman took me into an office which I'm guessing was Mr. Harrison's office because his name tag was on his desk.

A man walked in, Jeff. It is Jeff.

"Hello Kristen my name is Jeff Harrison." he said

"Hi Mr. Harrison, I am Kristen Montez." I said

"Oh please, call me Jeff." he said and smiled

"I cannot thank you enough for the beautiful place you are letting me stay at and the nice cars." I said

"Hey I want to make my feature stars happy, and I will." He said and I smiled

"Now, let's get started." He said
