Natsu's POV
Yesterday was hard but not as hard as the first day. I was able to restrain myself when she skipped out of class. At lunch when she touched me while I was growling at that guy I felt calmer almost instantly and when I saw the concern on her face I felt all my anger float away. Then when I touched her hand to stop her from paying so I could pay I felt like my hand was meant to be with hers.

There's no doubt I like her and everything about her but I can't ask her to be my girlfriend because it'll ruin her. People will target her, especially jealous fan girls. "Ok. So. See you later. Bye." She smiles but also seems kind of sad. I feel a bit sad to but it's ok I guess. I mean, she does have a right to have friends and she did say it's a she so I shouldn't worry.

Time skip
It's lunchtime and I'm in the cafeteria waiting to see Lucy. I'm starting to get nervous but then I see her walk in with a short girl with blue hair. They are talking and laughing so I feel better. She sees me and gives me a big smile and now I feel a lot better. I watch as they get in line for lunch and continue talking.

I feel like a bodyguard right now. Watching over her from afar for any sights of trouble. I smile to myself as I think about this but my smile soon fades as I see the guys behind Lucy checking her out. They are motioning to each other about how round her butt is and how they just want to fuck her hard.

They get the idea and lower their heads. I smile triumphantly when I feel a hand on my shoulder. I turn and see Lucy looking at me with concern on her face and Levy is shaking in fear.

"What's wrong Natsu?" Lucy asks softly

"These assholes were making vulgar comments about you behind your back so I stepped in." I tell her and smile.
