You stir in your sleep. Feeling a sense of panic, hearing distant voices, not being able to see anything but a bright yellow light. You try to call out to anyone, to latch on to anything.

...Meanwhile...

Odin sits at his throne pondering what he had just witnessed, planning his next move.

Suddenly two guards walk in opening two huge golden doors with intricate detailing. Thor strides in, his red cape flowing behind him as he does.

"You wanted to see me father?"

"Yes, and what of Loki?"

A guard speaks from the side of Odin's throne.

"We couldn't find him, your majesty."

Odin takes a heavy breath, "you cant get the staff these days," he says shaking his head.

"What is this about?" Thor asks.

"It seems we have an intruder on our lands," Odin tells him.

"Who is it? Where are they?" Thor quizzes looking around the room.

"I thought you might be able to shed some light on the situation. It is a young woman, she arrived unconscious through the bifrost," he looks at Thor waiting for some acknowledgement.

"But the bifr..," Thor begins before Odin cuts him off.
"Is broken, yes i know that I want you to find out what she wants. Its no accident that she came here."

Just then a guard runs up to Thor and Odin.

"Shes awake."

Thor instantly turns to follow the guard. Just before he exits the throne room he turns to Odin who is still seated.

"Your not coming?" Thor asks confused.

"I have other important matters to attend to. I need to make contact with some old acquaintances."

Thor gives his father a nod before leaving the room, rounding the corner to the infirmary.

Thor enters to see Loki looking down at your body.

"Brother?" Thor says.

"I was on my way to the throne room and i heard screaming," Loki answers.

They both look down at you as you stir, grabbing at the edges of the stone slab you are laying on. Suddenly you scream and your eyes flash open. Your breathing is shallow and quick, your heart rate was through the roof. The bright blinding light starts to dissipate as the ceiling begins to fade into your vision. You look down at your body covered with a grey and silver stitched cloth.
Slowly you sit up holding the cloth around your body. Looking to your right you see two men watching you.

"Who the hell are you guys?" you speak in a low raspy tone.

"I am Thor son of Odin and this is my brother Loki," the tall blonde man tells you.

"Where am i?" you ask them.

"You are on Asgard. I assume you are from Midgard?" he asks.

"What's Midgard?"

"Oh right, Earth?"

You look down at the floor for a moment concentrating on the word Earth. It sounded familiar to you, it felt right?

"Yes i think Earth is where I'm from," you reply still slightly unsure holding your pounding headache.

"You think?" the one called Loki speaks.

"Well I'm not entirely sure what happened to me," you confess.

"Can i talk to you for a moment brother?"

Thor and Loki walk a few feet away from you talking in whispers so you cant hear.

Loki begins, "cant you see what shes doing shes playing us. Saying she doesn't know what happened. For all we know she could be planning to over throw Odin, or a scout for the skrulls"

Thor looks back at you.

"But she looks human and says shes from Midgard."

"And skrulls can take the form, thoughts and memories of anyone they want," Loki concludes, "I say we lock her up or better yet let Geri and Freki have her."

Thor listens to Loki whilst glancing back at you, "don't be so harsh brother. I'm sure if she was planning anything she wouldn't go about it this way."

Thor starts to walk back over to you with Loki close behind with a pissed off look on his face.

"Unlike my brother i believe you mean us no harm, but if that changes or you hurt any of my people i wont hesitate to lock you in a cell."

You look up at Thor with an understanding nod.

"Do you remember how you got here?" Thor asks.

You shake your head, "but i cant help feeling like I'm missing something, or I've lost something,.. I'm unsure."

You look down at your sore, empty hands confused.

Loki looks at you, watching your movements and expressions.

"Do you have a name?" Thor asks.

You look at him, whilst trying to think of the answer. You must have a name you think to yourself but what was it?

"I....erm...its....," you stumble over your words, "i cant remember," you say with worry.

"Well for now, you can stay here until you figure things out," Thor says with a smile.

"Brother i must insist that this is not a wise choice," Loki pushes.

"She can stay in a room near our quarters if that makes you feel more at ease brother?"

"So she can murder us in our sleep?"

"I wont do that," you speak up, "look, i don't know why I'm here or where I'm from exactly. I just want to figure those things out right now," you admit to Loki hoping he would trust your words.

Thor begins to speak, "let me show you to your room."

Thor walks you out of the infirmary Loki close behind. Following through a hallway and up a small flight of stairs he opens a door and you both enter, Loki stands in the doorway.

"Wow this is beautiful," you say.

"This shall be your room until we can figure things out," Thor says sympathetically.

"Thank you," you smile.

"If you need anything my chambers are down the hall to the right. Or ask a guard if you cant find me," he heads towards to door, "oh and there should be some clothes in the dressing room that should fit you."

You blush still clutching on to the cloth around your body.

Thor walks out the door passing Loki who is still looking at you with interest.

"Did i do something to make you mad?" you ask.

Without a word he gives you a sly grin, turning and shutting the door behind him.

"Geez whats his problem," you whisper to yourself.

You walk over and sit on the bed looking around your grand room trying to place the events that got you here. You close your eyes taking a deep breath you rub your palms hoping to remember.
