Farewell

"Doll?"

You look up into his crystal blue eyes, that seemed to have lost their shine.

"Is it really you?" he asks.

You nod and smile
"Its really me" you say as you move towards him putting your arms around his middle.
It takes him a moment before the realisation sets in and he hugs you back. You rest your head in the middle of his chest as he kisses the very top of your head.

"I've missed you so much (y/n)" He whispers into your hair.
Just the sound of him saying your name made you tingle all over.

"I've missed you too"

"How did you...?" he asks.

"A story for later perhaps?" Thor interrupts.

Moving your head to the side but not moving it from Buckys chest you look at Thor.

"I must return to Asgard with Ronan and Loki, they will have to stand trail for their actions" Thor tells you.

"Wait, what, Lokis here? In New York?" Tony says from behind you.

"Is he behind all this?" Steve asks

"Hahahaha" you all hear a laugh from behind you.
Turning around you see Ronan still in the place you told him not to move from. Unwillingly you remove yourself from Buckys arms and head over to the Kree.

"You think Loki is behind this? Hes just a pawn in a much larger game. One you pathetic humans will not be able to win" he laughs.

You had had enough, between fighting an army, having an infinity stone in your chest, meeting your friends again, you were physically and emotionally drained.

Once again your eyes glow yellow "Kneel" you tell Ronan.

He does as he is commanded and kneels infront of you.

"What kind of witchcraft is this?" he says through gritted teeth.

"The kind thats going to figure out your plan" you tell him as you place your right index and middle finger on the centre of his forehead.

Searching his memories you see all the past events, a few more images of Loki, planets youve never seen before, space in all its vastness, Ronan talking to another alien, a huge stone throne. And a single deep voice.

"Find all the stones and bring them too me" the ominous voice calls out to Ronan.

The voice put fear in your heart and removes all the air from your lungs as you remove your fingers from his forehead.

Staring at Ronan for a moment trying to collect your thoughts you hear a voice from the team behind you.

"What did you see?" Steve asks.

Trying to snap out of your fear you reply "We can discuss it back at base, for now i need to take him and Loki back to Asgard for trail"

"Thor would you mind getting Loki? I can take you all home."

"Cetrainly" Thor files off to retrieve his brother.

Bucky walks over to you
"Your leaving again?"
This one single question made your heart sink to your stomach.

You nod "I'm sorry, i will only be gone for a few seconds, i promise"

"What if something happens?" Tony walks over to the two of you, obviously still blaming himself for your first dissapearnce.

"Dont worry guys, i have this" you tap on the stone that was under your armour between your collar bones. It shone for a few moments from your touch.

Thor lands with Loki, "Are we ready?"

"Sure" you reply.
Before you could walk over to Thor , Bucky looks deep into your eyes. Holding your face he kisses your lips, your heart beat races. It felt like you were kissing him for the first time.
He presses his forehead against yours,

"You better come back to me, you hear?"

You move your face from his and look up giving him a sweet smile.

"I promise"

Bucky squeezes your hand as you walk over to Loki, Thor and Ronan.

You turn to face the Avengers, placing one hand on Thors arm who had hold of Ronan, you place the other on Lokis shoulder.

"Farewell fellow Avengers" Thor shouts to his friends.

"Take us to Asgard" you smile.

Instantly all 4 of you dissapear leaving a dim yellow glow.

Landing in the palace prison you command Ronan and Loki to seperate cells.

"Thank you for your help" Thor says.

"Dont mention it" you smile. "Thankyou for helping me find who i am, and my friends. Oh and if anything goes wrong with these two you know where I'll be"

"Hey before you go what did you see in Ronans memories?"

"I can show you"

Knowing you wouldnt be able to reach his forehead Thor kneels 'proposal style' as you touch the middle of his brow transplanting what you saw into his mind.

"It seems a much larger threat is on its way" he says standing back up.

You nod your head "If what Loki said is true about another infinity stone on earth i need to find it before anyone else does. You better get that gate working, the Avengers might need your help again" you smile at him.

You take one last look at everyone.
Ronan and Lokis defeated expressions made you smirk, making you happy that you had stopped their plan.

"See you soon, Thor, Strongest Avenger" you wink and smile as you dissapear, headed back to Earth.
