WADE'S POV:

Past.

You should've seen his face while you still had the chance.

"Couldn't have, I don't wanna betray Spidey's trust..." I mumbled underneath my breath, but Spidey heard anyways. Nothing new for him, since he knew already my constant 'internal monologue'.

Hmm... That's not what you were saying a while ago.

I sighed and decided to give the boxes less attention. Spidey was still looking around the house while layed down. He was confused, to say the least.

He must be confused.

I'd be confused too if a dark replica of myself shocked me unconscious.

What was that guy?

Whoever he was, we are going to k-word the shit outta him.

I suddenly felt my phone buzz from inside one of my pockets. I took it out and saw that private called in my messages again.

Did you like my
present, Deadpool?

You may have your
little friend, but I
have one too. I am
watching you, Deadpool.

You could've been rich,
yet you decided that your
little bromance was a priority.
But you will be the one to pay
this time.

Spider-Man will be gone in
front of your very eyes. Both
of you will suffer.

smh are you done with
your monologue?

Our target has been found.

"Can you believe this...? That asshole left us on read!" I said silently gritting my teeth.

I don't think giving him sass is the best idea, Wade.

Spidey, at this point he had been all over the news. That guy knew who I was with and where I was. He knew my every move, thanks to the media. The shady guy may have been powerful, but what concerned me most was...

"His little friend." I whispered.

A dark suit, made with something similar to spandex. That person, he had Spidey's agility and movement. He was some sort of rip-off, even had web shooters.

You are literally describing the Venom suit, you unoriginal piece of shit.

"What?! No! He was different! He had... Tazers of some sort." I said trying to explain.

I sighed, my thoughts suddenly interrupted by Spidey.

"I get it that you tend to talk to yourself alot but, I do need to know what you're talking about. After all, he was the one to taze me." Spider said and shrugged.

How did he...

"How did you..."

Spidey chuckled and got up, wincing a little from his burn wounds being in pain. "Spider powers, once again. I can hear everything you say everytime."

He hears you talking to us all the time?

Hah! That must be embarrassing.

I was flustered and kept silent, waiting for him to say something again instead.

"Someone's after us. Who is it?" He said looking at me dead serious.

"I'm not exactly sure either, but he has a powerful team." I sighed and looked around, when my eyes spotted a newspaper from a few days ago that had been tossed on the kitchen counter. I grabbed it and looked at the pictures of Spidey and I.

The name 'Peter Parker' spelled out at the bottom of every single one of them.

"Peter Parker." I started saying but shortly realized how uneasy Spidey got hearing the name. "... He's the guy taking the pictures, right?"

Spidey looked more relaxed as I continued.

What has gotten into him?

"Y-Yes, he's my photographer." Spidey said quickly.

"Are you in touch with him? You need to talk with him in some way..." I said looking back at the newspaper.

"Why's that?" Spidey said with another serious but anxious look.

"He needs to stop taking pictures. The Daily Bugle is the main source of how that guy found us out, we can't risk-"

"B-But the kid has a job! If he stops working there, well, he's got no other income, he's... He's screwed." He interrupted me, mentally breaking down while talking.

I sighed, and none of us knew what to say.

"I'll talk to him." Spidey finally said hesitantly.
