Lloyd threw a ball of energy into the sand, causing it to erupt like a geyser in Pythor's face, blinding him temporarily. Lloyd began to run back in the direction of Orabourus, where Kai and Jay were... Talking about vegetables.

Apon reaching Orabourus Lloyd rushed over to Jay and Kai, and summoned his green dragon. "Hurry and get on!" Lloyd shouted

Kai and Jay clambered onto the dragon, and Lloyd flew them over to their mechs, and headed out of Orabourus, back to Ninjago City. "I'm so glad you're okay Jalapeno Pepper, but where's Lloyd? And why are we in giant Bananas?" Kai asked when they landed in front of Lloyd's apartment

Lloyd laughed "Kai. I'm not a Jalapeno Pepper."

"And I'm not a carrot!" Jay yelled

"Well duh." Kai said annoyed

"Thank you." Jay replied

"You're obviously a giant pickle."

"Oh come on!" Jay complained as Lloyd headed towards the fire escape

"Bye Jalapeno Pepper!"

Lloyd laughed as he climbed up the fire escape "Bye Kai, bye Jay." Lloyd grinned as Jay helped Kai walk. Lloyd climbed into his bedroom window. He heard no talking in the apartment. "Mom?" He called as he stepped into the hall and headed towards the kitchen. No one was in the kitchen. "Maybe she's in her room?" He checked his mom's room, no one. "So she's out. No big deal." Lloyd mumbled as he walked back to his room. He heard the front door open "Mom? That you?" He called as he walked towards the living room. "Mom?" Suddenly Lloyd was grabbed from behind "What the-" A hand covered his mouth

"Shh, you wouldn't want to wake the neighbors. They hate you enough as it is." A dark voice said from behind Lloyd "Be at Ninjago park's south gate at ten p.m tomorrow, or else. And come alone." The voice continued as Lloyd was pushed to the ground. Lloyd looked around, no one was there as the voice continued to speak "If you do not come, you can say goodbye to all you hold dear."

"Who?" Lloyd questioned quietly as the front door opened, and his mother walked in with grocery bags

"Lloyd! You're home! You're just in time for dinner!" Misako said happily when she saw her son "Why in the name of the First Spinjitzu Master, are you on the floor? And I thought you stopped playing with toy cars ages ago."

Lloyd looked next to him, sure enough right next to his hand were two toy cars, a black 67' Chevy Impala, and a white 67' Ford Falcon. "I... I thought I did too."

"I don't remember getting you those, where did you get them?"

"I've got no clue. I got home, came inside, thought you came in, and then someone, or something, grabbed me, and told me to be at the Ninjago City Park's south gate by ten p.m tomorrow..."

"You're not going."

"Mom I have to."

"Why's that?"

"Whoever, or whatever, it was, told me that if I didn't, I'd have to say goodbye to everything I care about."

"It doesn't matter." Misako frowned "You're not going, and that's final."

"Mom, what if it hurts you, or my friends, or Uncle Wu? What if it does something to Ninjago?"

"Lloyd, if you go, what if it takes you? What if it hurts you? What if it's planning something horrible, and is going to blackmail you into doing it for it!?"

"Mom. That last one was a bit absurd." Lloyd sighed "I'll be okay Mom, I promise."

"Fine. But if you come back with even a single bruise, you are grounded!"

"Knowing people my age, you can probably just ground me now."

"Then have your friends go with you."

"It said to go alone."
