I'll close my eyes
and pull the shroud of sleep upon mine arms
and wait so ever peacefully,
waiting for rest in a land where impossible flies,
violence is practiced,
and nightmares are as normal as light and dark.
I'll pull the shroud of sleep up tight-
and hope I'll last all through the night.
I'll close my eyes
and wish to dream-
my dream's desire.
Sensations so wanted
so heavenly craved,
and yet I know that when I sleep
I'll dream about life, homework, math;
even though all I think about is you.

My Poems
ŞiirPoems I've written when the muse strikes~ All these poems are original, and an expression of how I felt at the moment. Quite a few of these are old, and many were posted on Gaia on my account.
