Cato's POV

I put on a dark pair of jeans and a Mockingjay's t-shirt and run out the door. I have to be at Clove's house in five minutes. My alarm clock was set for eight PM not AM. I make it there with a minute to spare and I didn't even speed. I ring the doorbell and she opens the door not a second later.

"Hello Clover," I say taking her hand. She slides her phone in the back pocket of her blue jean shorts and smooths out her white crop top. Her hair's in a bun at the very top of her head and she's wearing a pair of white converse. I smile at her and she gives me a peck on the lips. I open her door for her and close it after she gets in. She thanks me and I start the car.

About forty minutes later we arrive at the park. It's not that crowded. I buy the tickets, with Clove pleading the whole entire time to buy them, and then we head over the the metal detectors and all.

Most of the lines were short. We rode Space Mountain, that's my favorite. She loved it just as much as me. And that's impressive.

I finally plucked up the courage to ask her out. To be my girlfriend. We had stopped and she was in the restroom at the moment. I got out my phone and texted Finnick. He's awesome at romantic stuff.

Me: Hey Bro!

Finnick⚓: Need help???

Me: Why is that the first thing u ask?

Finnick⚓: It's always the first thing u need:D

Me: Fine. Whatever.

Finnick⚓: Ask her when she least expects it. Or when you're going uphill on a coaster

Me: Thx. Ttyl

Clove walks out and I grab her hand. I decide to ask her on our favorite ride. Space Mountain. Again. But don't judge, we love that ride. When we were going up the first hill. She was sitting there with her hands up, me too. She over at me smiling. It was time.

"Clover, I've been waiting to ask you this for a while now..." That's all she needed to hear.

"Yes!" She screamed right as we reached the top of the hill.

That was easy.

Right when we got off the ride, we kissed. In front of everybody. Some people clapped. Some laughed and others looked disgusted. But hey, we're a couple now. I love her.

We rode all the rides we could, just to say that we rode all the rides to everyone. My favorite is space mountain. It may sound silly but that has always been my favorite. It hasn't changed. We shared a funnel cake and a frozen lemonade. We stayed until closing time and on the way home, she fell asleep. I didn't want to wake her so I picked her up and carried her to the front door. She woke up, startled at first but then relaxed. She smiled at me and I out her down. We stared at each other. 1 minute passes. 2. 3.

"Ugh! Just kiss me already!" She shouted crushing her lips to mine. She's so cute sometimes. Let me correct that. She's cute all the time.
