Finnick's POV
Clove has this thing where she takes out her anger on trees. She goes out into the woods and throws knives at trees. Crazy, right? Anyway, she got a C on her test and is angry because apparently the teacher isn't that smart and so she's taking us into the woods with her. Most of the trees are covered in holes from knives and it's kind creepy. After about five minutes of walking, we approach a pretty big tree and she opens the inside of her jacket and displays her knife collection. She chooses one. All I can say is that it was sharp. She focuses on the tree and hits it right in the middle. She does a few more until it got bloody.
It all happens in an instant. Cato and Marvel are horsing around while Clove is getting ready to throw. She yanks the knife back, and as she does so, Marvel shoves Cato and he falls right where the knife is going to go. I can still picture the look of alarm on his face. And the fear plastered across Clove's face as she thrusts her left and in front of the blade so it won't fly. Blood sprays out everywhere as her cry of pain echoes throughout the earth. You can see the look of regret glued to Marvel's face. I look to Cato and he has tears on his eyes. He rushes over to Clove and scoops her up in his arms. We start to rush out of the woods to my car.
Two minutes later, we are on the highway, speeding towards the hospital. Cato's voice replays through my mind.
"Baby, stay awake! Please! I need you. Don't close your eyes!"
It's scary, really, to hear your friend saying that. And there's nothing I can do except drive.
In a matter of minutes, we arrive at the hospital. Cato leaps out of the still moving car and bursts through the door and starts yelling at the nurses. They take Clove and they disappear behind a wall with the receptionists holding a destroyed Cato back. It hurt to see him like that. Nothing else mattered to him at the moment. Just Clove.

1 month later...
Turns out, Clove's fine. I'm not though, but I don't really want to talk about that right now. She just had to get a couple of stitches and she was fine. All Marvel ever did was apologize but Clove just let it go. I'm glad he got off easy. In other words, things have been going great. Well, mostly great.
Delly, Glimmer, and Madge had a fight with the rest of the group. We were discussing colleges. It might be a little early for that but we wanted a good start. Anyway, we all were picking and choosing our favorite colleges when they decided that we shouldn't go. They wanted us all to stay here and make a living together. And we were all like,"We can't make a living if we don't go to college." That got them mad. There was a lot of screaming. Long story short, now we're two groups instead of one. Sad, but it's going okay. Katniss isn't doing that great, she just lost her best friend. Marvel isn't doing so hot either. He liked Glimmer. A lot.
It all just comes back to my secret. I can't hide it from them forever. It's going to get in the way at some point. I can't tell Annie though. I don't know how she'll take it. It sucks. Having to hide something major like this form the ones I love. My parents are the only ones that know. They promised not to tell. I'm just scared.
What's his secret??? Keep reading to find out. Remember to vote, comment, share, and all that. I also did the ALS ice bucket challenge, the video should be on wattpad, at the beginning of the chapter, at least it is on mine. Anyway, thanks for reading!!!
