Sitonai is a new SSR Alterego servant permantly added to the gacha pool after you beat Gotterdamerung. It's freaking Illya possessed by a bunch of Heroic Spirits.
Also this new event is Awesome! Freaking Shuten and Ibaraki do voiced previews of the next main story quests XD
