"#####-chan! Do you wanna play volleyball with me?" The short boy held the ball under his arm as he called out to his friend. The girl, who was being called out to, poked her head through the fence. It was small enough to not get stuck. "Okay! I wanna play! Wait for me!!" She smiled, running up to her mother for approval before racing back over to the waiting boy.

"Mommy said it was okay." She grinned happily, walking down the road with her friend.

Her mother gave a small laugh, watching the two small children wander down the street towards the park like always.

"Oh my. They really are tied to the hips."

#####'s father gave a nod and chuckled with his wife. "They sure are. Only known each other for a couple of months, and already inseparable."

"But they're cute together. He'll grown up into a fine man one day." The mother smiled softly as the two kids, not more than 6 and 7 years old as they entred the nearby park.

The girl was singing a small melody while the two of them strolled down the usual path. The boy didn't seem to be bothered. Far from it, he seemed to enjoy it.

"Hey, hey. Can you teach me that thingy again?" The (h/c) haired girl asked, tilting her head a bit. She let her (h/l) fall over to her face a bit.

"Sure." The boy easily agreed without hesitation in his answer.

"yay!~"

"Did you know, mom said we have to move back to (Country)?" The girl swung her legs back and forth while sitting on one of the parkbenches.

"Really? Do you know when?" Her friend tilted his brow haired head as he sat next to her, but received a head shake.

"She only said that it would be in a while, but it was really sudden."

"Your mom is a pilot, so she's lots of busy."

"Mhm."

"....."

"......"

"Hey, #####-chan. Even if we can't meet anymore or play, we'll still talk together, okay?"

The girl blinked her (e/c) eyes. Then she smiled at him. "Yeah! Of course! When I get one of those weird thingies-"

"A phone?"

"-Yeah, a phone. When I get a phone, I'm gonna call you everyday!" Her smile widened.

"Not if I call you first! But before that, we can send letters. Mom said that's what you need to do if you want to keep in touch with someone far away."

"Dad said that too! Then I can send you letters, and then you can send me letters."

"Yeah! We'll do that!"

The two of them exchanged a large grin before going into a small, innocent laughter.

"We don't get to play more after this, do we?" The girl seemed down by that fact.
