Break was officially over and was a Thursday morning.
That meant I had to see Veronica in the hallways and even in some of my classes at school.
I don't really know what happened between us. I mean I guess she started to move on and I couldn't blame her, I mean we never officially dated.
This just made me angry and jealous that she wasn't mine.
Especially after that stunt I pulled the other day. I felt bad for it but at the same time she didn't say stop just a gentle push.
When I walked into Riverdale high I didn't see her, but I did see Betty and Archie cooing and giggle with eachother. Gross.
Was I really that cringey with Betty? Nah
My eye caught Toni and Fangs. I approached them. "Hey" I say. We haven't really talked and there hasn't been any drama with the serpents and shit like that.
"Jughead. How was break?" Toni asks. "Ummm normal, spent most of it with my family." I answered
"Oh so no Veronica?" Fangs smirked. "Haha very funny, we're friends and anyways if we were to date it seems like she's moved on." I answered back looking down.
Fangs patted my back, "aww it's alright you were probably too ugly for her anyways." Toni laughs. "Fuck you Topaz, go and suck a dick or something." I comeback.
"Not my type I prefer vag-" She begins but is stopped by Fangs. "Okay Toni we get it your bi." Fangs says covering her mouth.
She rolls her eyes as I laugh.
Just then Veronica Lodge walks into the building. She looks like a total badass as usual.
She waves hi to Betty and Archie who were still giggling and hugging at the bottom of the stairs.
She catches me staring and she rolls her eyes at me as she walked towards us.
"Antoinette, Fangs! Jones." She says happily but when it came to me she switched to a serious tone.
"I'm having a Halloween party this Friday! You three are invited. Here are the invitations and now if you excuse me I have more invitations to give out." She says preppy like and hands me an envelope.
