Keira stood completely stunned. She is your Mother. Something about this revelation, something inside her was telling her this was true she had indeed found her real mother. I know you were close to Aeden, if you need time, I understand if-" "No, out of the question, you will not go to the dragon realm alone" "I wouldn't be alone I have Lupin" "and that makes it better how? if anything being with him, puts you in more danger" "hey!....well true, that's besides the point,

Keira is an adult, she can make the decision for herself" "well Keira, will you be responsible and stay here or irresponsible and go with him" Allister glares at Lupin, "I'm sorry, Al, I have to do this, I have to know the truth" "now this is what I'm talking about" Lupins body was incased in fire moments later, he stood a tall dragon, this, this is why he's intimidating, Keira had realised this, "won't the dragon fire burn me?" She asked, like a young child so innocent, moments later, a tiny flame from Lupins breath drifted towards her, it touched the gem in her head piece, she could feel the fire coursing through her, it was warm, "you'll be protected now, no harm will come to you in my world, I promise" for some reason in Lupins dragon form Keira could read his eyes better than when he was human she understood his unspoken promise, a promise that he would always stand by her side, she mounted his back, she could see Allister standing alone, a look of hurt and betrayal edged on his face,

"Al I-" before she could finish, he was gone. Keira turned away trying not to let her hurt show, she knew however hard she tried to hide it, dragons could sense despair. The flight was strange, Keira was so used to her wings that to fly on a dragons back almost seemed alien to her as the glee away from what she'd now called home for awhile, to be honest she missed her home, Sarah's house, most of all she missed her friends, she hadn't seen them in ages, Keira's attention turned to the new terrine in front of her, the palace of the dragons, was breathtakingly gorgeous, she'd never seen anything like it, it sat upon hills with lava slowly making its way down like waterfalls, dragons circled the skies, some lay on the beaches below, where it was cool, Keira looked astonished as a giant creature of blues and silvers jumped through the water, A water dragon? Keira had been told they were extinct? Could be possible that all these creatures were in hiding with the rest of the realms?

They landed on the steps of the palace, Lupin transformed back, his shoulder was smoking he sniffed the air trying to figure out where it was coming from, he realised freaking out patting it until it stopped, "welcome to my home" he smiled nostalgic memories were clearly present within him, he faced her, his fangs had grown so they sat out over his closed lips, no one mentioned it, he was very self conscious.

Anquis stood watching them from the top of the tower it was where he'd been imprisoned since the battle no one trusted him yet, he and Keira made eye contact strangely she could hear his voice, it was inside her head, "I know who your family is, I can tell you who you are Keira of the seventh" "Anquis, his power is telepathy isn't it?" "Unfortunately, why?" "He just told me he knew who i was and he could tell me who I am, he called me Keira of the seventh, what does that mean to you" "it means, I have to talk to my brother" they walked into the palace, Atticus stood at the door he bowed "Emperor you have returned at last" "I need to speak with my brother but I don't trust him not to escape, have any ideas?" "Unfortunately sire the only only way to speak to him is on the other side of the barrier, I'm afraid you will have to go in with him for however long you wish to speak with him" "thanks Atticus, enjoying your new home here?" "I am Mistress Keira, very much so" Keira smile, she clutched onto Lupin "Keira?!" Lupin grabbed her as she began to fall, "Atticus, it's the heat, she reacting to it even with the magic, we have to act fast!" "It-it burns!"
