Somewhere In My Heart: Chapter 12
“History Repeats Itself.”
Third Person’s Point of View:
Patuloy pa din ang ‘mission’ ni Yana and Keith. This time it was kind of a give and take relationship rather than Keith just helping Yana.
Tuwing weekends, may training si Luke kaya naman they took this as an opportunity to step their game up.
They have established a schedule. Tuwing Saturday is also considered as ‘training day’ ng dalawa. Tinuturuan ni Keith si Yana kung ano at paano ang gagawin pag kasama niya si Luke.
Examples of his tips are…
“Try not to be awkward. Kaibigan mo rin naman siya di ba? Why not talk to him comfortably like you do with me? Tinatakot mo naman yung kuya ko eh.”
“Be yourself. Walang may gusto sa plastic na tao.”
"Do yourself a favor and take good care of your appearance. Believe it or not Yana, it gives you an extra point if you are physically attractive. *wink*”
And stuff like that.
Also, at this time, Keith gives inside information that would help them with their mission.
Tuwing Sunday they are doing preparations and planning. They plan on how they could push through. They brainstorm on what else to do other than to give material things. After planning, they prepare necessary ‘props’ needed for the rest of the week’s plan.
At lahat ng ‘to ay documented sa special notebook nilang dalawa. Pero ang kapalit, tutulungan ni Yana si Keith with his Math.
This ‘mission’ has helped them in whole lot of way. Keith and Yana learn from each other. Their bond becomes stronger. At ang pinaka-importante sa lahat ay mas naging close si Yana kay Luke. Itong endless effort nang dalawa ay tumagal ng linggo at buwan. Kahit na nung last summer vacation, they would leave a letters on the mail box. Of course, their efforts never fail to plaster a smile on their ‘target’s’ face.
Luke realized that this so said ‘secret admirer’ of his was not a creepy fan. Napansin din niya na ang approach na gamit ng taong ito ay purong sinsero. What do I mean? He knew that this person had no intentions but to express her feelings towards him. Honestly, he liked that fact. Lagi niyang inaabangan ang mga susunod na gagawin ng taong ito, though wala siyang nakukuhang clue (other than the fact na ang admirer niya ay undeniably a girl) kung sino ba talaga ang tao sa likod nito at kung may iba pa bang involved.
Pero ang hindi alam ng tatlo nating bida that they are constantly being watched and observed.
