Doves (Pizza x Reader)

Trembling, you tried your best not to move too much. Why? Because there was something else in here with you, it felt soft and light, and there was so many of them! You may not be able to see, but you could guess that they were the doves from before.

You could hear Pizza and Cassata run about outside, overturning the large cups. "Cheese! (Y/n)! If you can hear me, say something!" Pizza cried out. At this moment, you and Cheese had the same thought.

"Pizza, you big idiot!"

(Pizza is too precious. *hugs boi*)

You started to squirm again, disrupting the doves. They began to flap their wings about and fly around in the space you were confined in.

Pizza turned his head toward a cup which emitted weird muffled noises. Wasting no time at all, he ran towards it and started to lift it. "Cheese? Is that-" He cut himself off with a scream when white doves came flying out at him. Cassata stopped what he was doing and watched as Pizza frantically trying to wave the doves away.

"AHHHH! How could there be so many doves under there!?" Pizza exclaimed while you sighed into your gag, hoping Cassata could calm him down.

"Isn't that nice though? I remembered earlier you wanted a pet dove." Cassata had an amused smirk as he leaned against one of the overturned cups.

Pizza started to run, hoping to ditch the doves but they just followed him. "But now they're all chasing me!!!"

"So? Why are you running~?"

He couldn't explain it. But imagine turning around and seeing a dozen doves dive or fly after you, you're sure to be running too.

"I saw them come flying at me, and I couldn't help it!!"

"Well stop running!" Cassata shouted at him as he turned his attention towards the cup that Pizza had unleashed the doves from, feeling like there was something else hidden underneath. Following his gut instinct, he flipped over the cup and let out a relieved sigh when he saw you. "One down, one more to go."

"I-I'm afraid to stop running!! Wah! Save me, Cassata!" Pizza ran past a few cups, but the doves persisted.

Cassata had kneeled by your side and undid the scarf around your eyes. "Just stop running!" he shouted back at Pizza as you squinted your eyes, waiting to adjust to the light. When you fully opened your eyes, you could see Pizza running straight towards you.

Before Pizza or you could let out a cry of warning, he tripped over your binded up form. Pizza went flying into a cup while you ended up curling into a fetus position. Cassata had jumped to the side in time and waited for a second or two before walking towards you.

Quickly undoing your binds and gag, both Cassata and you rushed towards Pizza, who had dizzy spirals in his eyes. "At least the doves stopped chasing you," Cassata said teasingly as a dove landed on top of Pizza's head.

"That was quite a fall," You started to feel around his head for any bumps. "You're lucky you didn't get a concussion from that!" A small whine came from Pizza when you pressed down on the back of his head. "Oops, sorry..."

"No need to apologize, (Y/n)," Pizza waved off your apology as he reached back and placed his hand on yours before grinning up at you. "The pain's sure to go away soon!"

From your point of view, Pizza seemed more like an adorable puppy. A very adorable one. You moved your hands to his cheeks and tugged on them, making him let out yelps of pain. "Ow! What's that for!?"

"Because you could have found me earlier on if you had just let the doves fly past you!" That wasn't the reason, but you weren't just going to tell him that he looked cute. You stopped tugging on his cheeks when Cassata placed a hand on your shoulder.

"I hate to ruin the moment between you two, but we still have Cheese to find." He said and pointed to the very ominous hourglass by the Magician's side. "Did you see where the Magician hid Cheese?"

You shook your head, "He blindfolded me before I could see. But she should be somewhere around here." You then grabbed Pizza and Cassata by their wrists. "Come on then! We don't have much time left!!"
