Ep.22

"So they found who did it? Who hurt Nani?" Seok asks.

All three of us sit around the table drinking coffee now.

"Yes, they were thrown in jail, but later got bailed out." Kenny shrugs.

"And they are back to going to school and their regular routines?" I ask anxiously.

He can only nod.

"That isn't fair!" Seok snaps, "They tried to kill her!"

"And the government is arguing that Nani tried to kill the guy in the restaurant, yet she got bailed out."

Neither of us can argue with him, he's right.

"Who are they?" I can hear the anger in Seoks voice.

"I don't remember their names." Kenny shrugs.

"Well, we need to figure out who did this." Seok sounds mad.

"And what? And beat them the way they beat us?" I sigh, "That makes us just as bad as them!"

"No it doesn't!" He stands up, "They were risking yours and my sons life! They are a threat to our whole family!"

I can tell that he is more sad then mad at this point.

"So it's a boy?" Kenny asks simply.

"We don't know yet." I say keeping my eyes on Seok.

"Nani-" he sighs.

"I know, i know." I sigh as i grab his hands looking down at them.

He's not wrong.

He puts his hands over mine and pulls me into a hug.

"Oh okay," Seok is on the phone with Ma, "Thank you. Yes that'll be fine. Okay, i will. We love you too. Bye."

Me and Kennedy sit at the kitchen table eating breakfast, both eyeing Seok curiously.

"Pa took Eon to school, so that we can go to school and pick her up afterwards."

"What about me?" Kennedy almost laughs.

"You can stay here," i shrug, "Just don't destroy anything, but after school we'll come home and take you with us, because we have to tell them about our bond."

I can feel Seok flinch when i say 'bond'.

Kennedy only nods.

"W-what?" Seok asks as he walks closer to us.

"We have to tell them." I repeat.

"Just so more people can see your little mystical powers?"

My eyes shoot up from my plate, furious, and i can feel a small spark dancing around in my right eye, "What did you just say to me?" I squint.

He only sighs and shakes his head.

I can tell he is jealous still, and I don't know why.

He knows my feelings! He should know i love him and nobody else.

I suddenly lose my appetite. I stand up and walk to the room and get ready for school.

"Nani-"

"I don't want to hear it." I put my hand up to stop him.

"But Nani, i'm-"

"No you're not," I look at him, "If you were sorry you would stop. Plus i know your feelings, don't try to play the victim here."

I get out of the car and walk into school. We've barely spoken today, but he still walks fast to be at my side.

I can see people staring at us, talking about us. I start to get anxious when i remember that they all know about the pregnancy.

"That's the girl from the news," A girl from my math class calls out, "They say that she was pregnant. I wonder if she lost the baby?"

I can't help feel that she is mocking me and i wrap my arms around my stomach, in some way, protecting my baby.

I can feel Seok behind me growing frustrated and angrier every second. I look down and try to steady our feelings.

I suddenly feel his arms wrap around my waist and he pulls me close to him as we walk, again, people start whispering.

"Nani!" Julia runs up to us and hugs us, "How are you guys? Do you feel better? The baby-"

"All six of us are fine." Seok answers.

"Six?" Ichigo looks at us curiously.

"Yeah, me, the baby, and four of my mysticals." I shrug. "You have four mysticals!?"

"Well, i have five, but." "But what?" Jules asks eyes wide. "But the last one is some kind of element and can't be hurt i guess, but it does need me to be alive for it to live."

They look at me in confusion and i sigh. I send fiery sparks to my hands and they step back in shock, "Woah!" They say in amazement.

I send it away and put my hands in my pockets. "How do you do that?" Ichigo is eager to find out. "I don't know, it just happens i guess."

The bell for first hour rings and we are forced to split up and go to our classes.
