"How could you not know he was in there!" 

"We are so sorry, Nani." Ma grabs my hand, but i pull it away.

"After Kimberlie and then him showing up out of no where," I shake my head, "I would've though you two would've thought there was a possibility something like this would happen!"

"Well at least no one's hurt." Joshua says.

"Not yet." Seok says staring down the hall.

All of our eyes follow his to where Kennedy stands.

"You guys turn against one another too easily." He laughs.

"So that was your plan? To turn us against each other?" Seok snaps.

"Look," he seems aggravated, "I didn't come all this way to ruin things. I just wanted to set things right."

"By sneaking in through a window into a little girls room!?" I take a step forward but Seok grabs my arm.

"I taught her how to play chess." He hisses.

I can't help laugh.

"Don't you see how suspicious that is? You didn't even try to ask permission to see her, and if you did i would hope they would deny it." I snarl.

Saedyeon buries his head in his chest and he slouches.

He is hurt.

My heart aches for him.

"Eomma," Eon walks up from behind me, "Kenny just showed me how to play chess."

"Eon-"

"Eomma, why would i lie to you?"

Seok and I don't talk on the way home.

Eon is mad at the both of us for "Not trusting" her, but what does she know about the situation. I'm glad she doesn't know about what's going on, but still.

Seok is mad at me for not letting him fight his brother, and even more mad that i worry for Saedyeon, but who can blame me?

Cagh seems irritated at everyone but Eon.

Bach still sits on her shoulder, only he is dim right now.

We didn't bother to tell anyone bye when we left either, we just left.

I kind of feel bad now, but they should still check on her.

God knows how long he was in there with her before we got there.

I knew something was up, we should've just gone straight to Ma's house.

"Sorry Onie." I sigh.

"Hm?"

"I'm sorry for not listening to you earlier, i was just scared. I know you wouldn't lie to us."

"It's okay eomma, but why were you so upset with him?"

"Because he didn't ask grandma or grandpa's permission before going inside." Seok answers.

"Ohh." Eon nods.

I grab Seoks hand.

"I still don't understand why you watch out for Saedyeon so much?"
Seok puts on his pj shirt.

"Because it's not his fault his match is a psychopath." I laugh, "It's like saying it's all your fault when Cagh gets hungry. You can't control her and she can't control you."
