Hannah and I haven't been on a date in so long, we've both been so busy. I really want to surprise her with a fun date.
But the problem was, where exactly the date was gonna be. The movies is too boring and clique I want to do something at least a little bit different. I search 'fun date ideas' and boom I instantly found the perfect place to go; The bowling alley.
Hannah had been talking for weeks about wanting to go bowling this is perfect! They also have an arcade and laser tag. Unfortunately laser tag is better with a group of your friends so we'll have to do that some other time. Still, this date is going to be so fun!
I call Hannah on the phone. "Hello." She answers right away. "Hey Hannah, do you want to go on a date tonight?" I cringe a little bit at how 'high school' this sounds. I hear her laugh over the phone. "Of course. Where are we going?" She asks. "We are going to the bowling alley!" I say excitedly. I hear her gasp. "YESS! I've been wanting to go there." I laugh a little bit. "Okay, I'm glad you're excited. I'll pick you up at 5." I smile. "Okay! See you then!" I hang up and carry on with the rest of my day.
Thankfully I got out of work super early. Now I don't have to rush to get beautiful. Even though it doesn't take much, I still like to have lots of time. I get ready to take a nice hot shower.
After the shower I have about an hour and a half until I have to go get Hannah. 'plenty of time' I think to myself. I turn on some music and finish getting ready.
It's time to go get Hannah. I text her that I'm on the way.
Jin: I'm on the way :)
Hannah: Ok see you soon <3 I'm so excited!
Jin: Me too can't wait <3

I pull up at her house and text her saying "im here" Within 3 minutes she comes out and gets in my car. "Hey you look good." I smile. "Thanks you too." She smiles back. I let her play music and we head to the bowling alley.
We get there faster than expected due to little to no traffic. "Yay bowling!" Hannah says when she gets out of the car. "I'm totally gonna win." I boast and put my arm around her. She gasps and hits me lightly in the stomach. "No way! I'm going to win at least one game!" I laugh. "At least one!?" She nods and I shake my head. "We'll see about that." She rolls her eyes as we enter the bowling alley. "Hey! Welcome!" A worker greets us and we say hello back and walk towards him. We get our shoes and pay for 3 games. "You will probably need the child ball huh?" I tease while we pick out our balls. "No! I'm like a medium weight ball.." She picks up a ball. "See?" She smirks and I nod. "I'd like to see you try with my ball." I grab one of the heaviest and lift it over my head. "No thanks." She smiles and walks back to our lane.
"STRIKE!" She yells and jumps up and down. We are now on our second game. I won the first one of course. I high five her. "Good job! You're getting better but not better than me." I tease again. Seeing her aggravated reaction is so entertaining. "Whatever." She says and nudges me.
We pause our second game to eat pizza. "It looks so good!" I say and start eating two slices at once. Hannah laughs and grabs a cheese pizza slice. "I'd say food is my only competition." She says and I laugh at its accuracy. "You better watch out." I push her lightly and kiss the pizza. "Food is my one true love." She rolls her eyes. "Suure." She says annoyed. "I'm joking, I love you~" I pinch her cheek and smile. She smiles. "I love you too."
Two years with her went by so quickly. I really think she will be the one for me.
After we finish eating we continue our second game. I'm in the lead by 10 points. I'm deciding to let her win this round so I started slacking a little bit. "Are you losing on purpose?" She asks after one of my turns. I gasp. "No! The food made me a little sleepy!" I defend myself. "Mhm sure." She goes up for her second to last turn. "STRIKE! Again!" She jumps up and down again. "You're just getting lucky." I pout. "Or maybe I'm getting better than you." She laughs and I shake my head. "No way. I just ate too much." I say getting up for my final turn.
Gutter.
I pretend to be upset. "Aww don't be sad it's just a game." She comforts me. "Stupid pizza! I curse you!!" I say dramatically. Hannah laughs and goes up for her last turn. She gets 8 out of 10 pins down and wins by 5 points. "Congratulations, we still have one more game though." I smirk. I'm not letting her win this game.
I win 2 out of the 3 games. "That was so much fun! Even though I lost 2 games.." She glares at me. I laugh. "Yeah, it's fun to win 2 out of 3 games." I tease and smirk. "At least I won one." She pouts. I laugh.
We head back to the car. "I had a lot of fun Jin, thank you for taking me." She holds my hand. I smile and kiss her on the cheek. "I had a lot of fun too." She smiles and I take her back home.
We pull into her driveway. "Have a goodnight, I love you." I say before she gets out. She gives me a kiss goodbye. "I love you too. I'll text you later." She gets out and goes into her house.
