Part 31: Where he went

Kyle

"Nandito sa tabi ko." sabi sakin ni darren. his eyes seeing through me. He smiled and i can't believe what i'm seeing.

I'm in a hospital room, but this is just breath-taking.

My room is filled with flowers. filled with pictures. 

our pictures.

I can't believe what i'm seeing. Am i hallucinating? Darren's here?

"Oh God, ifyou are playing a trick on me, please just take me already.wag nyo na ako paniwalain na nandito sya bago nyo ako kunin."

"Kyle, nandito talaga ako. at hindi ka mamamatay." He smiled at me and i am still not convinced.

i blinked.

i blinked twice.

i squeezed my eyes shut ang pinched both of my cheeks to wake myself up.

"nahihibang na talaga ako. napaka gaga mo talaga kyle hanggang ngayon umaasa ka parin na makikita mo sya ulit? pagbilang mo ng ten wala na yan! hay!"

"One. Two. Three. Fou-"

I didnt finished counting because he kissed me. i opened my eyes and he is really there. 

tears of joy welled my eyes and i closed my eyes and kissed back. 

His kiss is soft and gentle and i feel like i'm melting in his arms.

I pulled away to catch my breath

"You're really here." I said and i smiled.

I can't  explain how happy i am.

He placed his palm on my cheek, his thumb wiped my tear away and kissed my forehead.

"I'm never leaving again. whether you likeit or not, i'll never leave. even if you shove me out, i will stay right here. even if you hate me, want to kill me, get rid of me, i will never leave you. even if-"

I didnt let him finish.

"dumbass. just shut up and kiss me." i pulled him close. 

Butterflies in my stomach. 

Heart pounding through my chest.

This is us. 

There is an US.

"w-wait. pano yung baby mo?" I asked him.

"long story, but turns out, there's no baby." He said and smiled
