#3 -does that make sense?

They knew what was going to happen before it happens. And then it really happened.

And... It was inevitable from the moment their eyes met, when she looked up at him and he got a feeling that she was seeing right through him. Or maybe it was inevitable since the very beggining, since their eyes had met right before the audition a few years ago.

It was like they were both aware of the fact that maybe that was the last chance to know the feeling of being kissed by each other, not as fictional characters.

It turned out that it was more, so much more than they both could have ever imagined.

He wasn't sure when exactly he lifted his hand and cupped her cheek, tilting her face up to his, grazing her skin with his fingertips. She had no idea when her hands balled into fists, gripping his T-shirt, pulling him closer to her. In the end they had no idea who closed that little distance that's left between them. They didn't know if it was Finn or Millie. Or maybe they both closed it at the same time?

Their lips met and... The feeling was so familiar, yet so foreign at the same time.

It was familiar because they kissed so many times before on the set.

It was foreign because for the first time it was real.

It was the first time when they kissed off-screen, without all those people all around them. It looked like the perfect ending of their scene, actually, with Eleven looking for comfort in Mike's arms, just like she always did. For Finn it was dangerously similar to Mileven, though. The loving look in her eyes just before the kiss, her hands balled into fists, tightly gripping his T-shirt...

Just like Eleven when she cried in Mike's arms.

Except there was no Mike here, no Eleven, no microphones and no cameras.

It was just the two of them kissing in their trailer.

He wanted this to happen obviously, but maybe not like this. Not now, not when she was sad, confused and vulnerable. Not when their cheeks were still wet from crying, not when they were tired after shooting one of the most emotional and difficult scenes of last season. He didn't want to take advantage on her when she was a crying mess. He wanted this, he wanted to keep kissing her as long as it was humanly possible, he really dreamed of a moment like this when they kissed off-screen, when they kissed because it seemed like the only thing they could do.

He dreamed of a moment when they kissed because they wanted it. Not now, not when she was crying as Eleven, but didn't stop as Millie.

Their lips grazed against each other just barely, lightly touching at first. It was so delicate she thought that it was her imagination playing tricks on her. He pressed the lightest of kisses to her lips, so softly and carefully, like she would break if he kissed her harder.

And he was the first one to stop that.

After a few seconds he pulled away from her with last soft kiss. Their eyes slowly fluttered open. He leaned his forehead on hers.

He couldn't believe that he was the one who broke the contact, but... It was for her own good. There was this thought in the back of his head as he wondered... What's just happened? What was that?

There was nothing but friendship between them for like... Seven? Eight years? So what's just happened?

The truth was, he never expected this. And... He knew they shouldn't have done that.

It didn't mean anything. She was just tired and sad, that's all. To be honest, he was scared that she will regret it the second she calms down, the moment she comes back to her usual self.
