I hated how Jack Gilinsky knows Shawn... and before me. They seemed so close.

It was bad enough for Gilinsky to fight with me over Johnson but now he's claiming Shawn.

"I know why you're upset." Johnson interfered my thoughts. "It's Jack. He's taking away Shawn from you."

I nodded as he grasped me for a hug and gave me a peck on my neck. With that I kept clinging on tighter and tighter.

"He took you from me at one point, and now it's Shawn. What do I have for me?" Johnson kept swaying throughout our hug as I vented. "I brought Shawn here so I wouldn't have to get caught up with you and Gilinsky. I wanted my own friend."

I didn't understand why I was tearing up in his arms. He pulled me apart slowly and put his hands on my cheeks.

"It's fine if he doesn't want to be your friend because I will and always will do so." Johnson referred, pressing his thumbs on my small droplets.

Johnson suggested I go to the restroom to wash my face. He waited outside.

I sprinkled some water on my hands and caressed my face with the water. When I opened my eyes, it was blurry.

I saw a figure behind me.

"Shawn?" I asked.

"Taylor why have you been crying and storming off on me? I should be the one you can go to for comfort." he claimed.

I kept trying to walk away circling the restroom but I remembered,

It hurt when people would walk out my life. So why would I follow their footsteps and do the exact same thing?

"Shawn. You don't understand. Look, Johnson is outside and I can't just leave him for you. So we'll talk later." and with that I walked out.

Shawn started to follow Jack and I but I realized on the side of my eyes, he walked away. It hurt seeing him like that but was he even aware that he also left me hanging. I don't think so.
