We can finally walk the halls together, hand in hand.

There were some people nodding and some people like sarcastically clapping.

People knew I was gay, they just never thought I'd find anyone.

Shawn and I were happily walking down the pathway in school to our class until someone rammed into our hands. He part us, making our hands slip apart as if we were a gateway for him to pass by.

"Gee who was that?" Shawn said in a rude tone. "Uhm.. that's Dillon. He's uhmm." I was out of words because there were some things that don't need to be said. "What is it Tay? You could tell me anything. You should before I..." and in that moment he started to tickle my sides. "Okay Shawnie. Stop I'll tell you!" I giggled. "He was my first boyfriend."

Shawn looked sort of upset but then spoke, "See that wasn't so difficult baby." I grabbed his hand, "I didn't want you to feel awkward or know any unnecessary things." He just smiled and started rocking my hand with every step we took. "He's cheated on me with Sammy. I don't know about how they are now."

"Sammy is nice though. I hung out with him once when I was with Gilinsky." Shawn brought up. I always disliked talking about Gilinsky but it shouldn't get to me and besides, Shawn is officially mines and the Jacks are officially together. We will be cool from now on. I hope so, I'm the only one who can't face any of this because of my past with Dillon.

"Anyone else you're awkward with?" he asked me tugging on tighter. "Well there's Cameron and Nash. Sometimes Aaron." I told him the truth and went on, "So you already know Matt, Carter and the Jacks... well those are the 'other' boys, the ones I was best friends with as well." He reeled me into a hug.

"Can I meet them?" he asked. "You really want to? Shawn!" I whimpered.

We walked around a little before school officially started. That's when I spotted Cameron. "Shh! Quiet Shawn. That's him over there. Cameron Dallas!" I panicked over at Shawn.

"HI DALLAS!" Shawn yelled enthusiastically as we got closer, he also let go of my hand to wave. "Um hi guy... and... Ta-aylor." he replied. "I'm Shawn Caniff..." Shawn chuckled. "He's playing. But his name is Shawn and he wanted to meet you Nash and Aaron I guess."

"You have an appearance that makes me, makes me w-want to...cry?" Cameron commented. "I'm so sorry I should go." With that he walked away pushing against us and walked over to Nash.

"What was that about? What do you think him and that guy are talking about!" Shawn stared interrogating me. "That's unm Nash." I pointed. In a blink of an eye Shawn was already running towards Nash and Cameron.

"Hi Cam sorry to come back but I wanted to introduce myself to Nash! Any friend of Taylor is a friend of mine." he started talking witch charisma. "Yeah I've seen you around and look Taylor and I aren't friends... Anymore at least." Nash glared at me and looked away. "Bye."

Cameron shrugged over to me and shook his head. "Sorry." He mouthed.

"I have a really awkward relationship with them Shawn so please don't try anything anymore. I give up on them." I told him.

"Don't give up on friendship baby." Shawn commented to me which made me somewhat feel something.

"I will never give up on your friendship."

The bell rung and it was still Shawn and I in every class.

"How are the love birds?" Matt asked with that crab face and a wink to top it off.
