Sacrifice.

Please have pity

I watched in horror and pure fear as 'Katy' plunged the knife deeper and deeper into her sisters frail chest.

Mika gasped reaching despratly for support, but before she could grab me she fell to the floor unconcias.

Darklix appeared smirking, grabbing hold of Katy's shoulder.

"Your work here is done....Katy..." She muttered.

As I glanced over to 'Katy' I saw a flash of pain dash across her pale zombie like face.

Tears began to roll down her cheeks as she dissapered into thin air, only leaving two small footprints behind.

Darklix looked around for a moment,  and with a click of her fingers, dissapered without a trace.

As soon as every being was out of site I rushed over to Dani, scanning over her body for any trace of major wounds.

Right in her chest.

Not only had the knife been stabbed in, but its was now stuck directly between her small ribcage and heart.

I began to panick as Dani slowly looked up.

"Emmy.....Please...Pull it out.."

I nodded and grabbed the knife as firmly as I could with my delicate hands , carefully trying to pull it out.

Suddenly I heard a crack as Dani gave out a heart quaking cry.

"AH! My Ribcage.."  She whispered, as blood began to flow out of her dry mouth.

I looked down at her chest to meet a blur of blood, flesh and bones.

I was pulled back as I gagged and stumbled uncontrollably.

Dani stared at her chest, wide eyed.

She nodded and began to speak " Emmy...I need you to do something for me....." She called out in her Hoarse voice.

"I'm trying!! I just can't pull the knife out!!!" I screamed, slamming my small porcelain fist on the ground, slightly scratching the paint.

"No...I...Need you to end my life" She said.

My pupils widened as she said those words.

I stepped back bringing my hand to my rosy lips.

"No...." I mumbled not wanting to believe what just came out of her blood soaken lips.

"PLEASE JUST HAVE PITY!!" She screamed.

"NO!" I shouted back, trying once again to pull the stupid, stupid, STUPID knife out of her wilting body.

Dani pushed me away, tears ran down both of out flustered cheeks.

"I will do it myself then.." She stated.

I yelled and sobbed as I watched the gruesome show playing before me.

Dani fiercely pulled the knife out of her chest, breathing out a sigh of relief and agony.

Once the knife was removed, she began to repeatedly stab the knife violently into he head.

Before I could run to her side her arms became limp, and the knife fell to the stone cold floor.

I approached her finally peaceful face, and drew my hand over her sweet little eyes, closing them.

"You were a brave little girl, your sister loves you" I whispered into her ear.

I rummaged in my Doll pockets for a small match.

I drew it against the sandy wall.

I looked over to Dani and sighed. "Her sister wouldn't want to see her like this"

I whispered an old vampire chant before chucking the match onto Dani's silent body.

It Slowly began to rise as flames engulfed it.

I watched in awe and sadness as the flames shone from red to blue, circling her body and making spirals in her hair.

"May your body rest in peace" I chanted, and with that her body flashed, and in an instant she was gone.

I wiped a tear away from my eyes and gently nudged Mika awake.

"W-Wheres Dani?" Mika asked, rubbing her head.

I sighed "She's in a better place.... With mum and dad..."

Mikas head dropped as she listened.

We both began to slowly walk away in a hunt to find Katy, Martha, and the heartless devil who put this upon us....
