"Okay," Normani huffed exhaustedly as she rolled her luggage to the door, "I'm all packed. How about you?"

"Ditto," Dinah replied, coming up behind her with her own luggage. "I have Maya's cage so her and the puppies can bunk together during the flight. I'm sure they won't wanna be separated for four to five hours."

Normani smiled as she nodded, crouching down by the couch to catch Bella just in time as her little paws eagerly made their way towards the ebony's lap. Lady pranced her way toward Dinah, jumping on her hind legs so she could get picked up. The Poly giggled, granting the small puppy her wish as her picked her up with ease. She joined Normani on the floor just as Maya made her way towards them both, resting her head on Dinah's lap.

"We've only had these puppies for a few days and they're already getting spoiled," Dinah giggled.

"Can you imagine how spoiled they'll be when everyone else sees them?" Normani replied.

"Gosh it'll be just like when Lenny and I got Maya when she was only a few weeks old."

Both women laughed, looking down at the puppies who were fighting sleep. Normani smiled at the sight, resting her head on Dinah's shoulder. The Poly brought her cheek on Normani's head after kissing her forehead gently.

"You ready to go back home?"

"I am. Even more now that you'll be coming with me. I know it's been a while since you were in New York."

"It has been a while. But Quincy loves it there so he may end up taking me and Kai everywhere."

Normani giggled as her free hand began playing with Dinah's fingers.

"Are you nervous about talking to Val?" Dinah asked after a beat of comfortable silence.

"A little, yeah," Normani replied. "Val's a very understanding person, and I know he won't really judge...but what if he doesn't want you and I to be anything more than friends? I mean, I don't really know if he's okay with being in an open relationship like Quincy is."

"You want me to be there with you?"

"No it's okay. I have to do this myself. Right now, I just wanna enjoy our last few moments alone."

Normani looked up to give Dinah a kiss, one that Dinah deepened with her tongue, which caused Normani to let out a soft moan against her lips.

"I know we already had our fun before we started packing," Dinah said with husk in her voice, "but I can't seem to behave myself around you."

Normani giggled before attaching her lips to Dinah's again, sucking on her bottom lip hungrily before releasing it with a pop.

"You better put the puppies in their cage then," Normani husked.

With a smitten smile, Dinah took both puppies as they continued to sleep. Maya quietly got into her spacious cage, making sure to leave room for Bella and Lady so she could cuddle them as they slept. Normani and Dinah spent the last moments of their alone time loving one another, taking their time to make love to every inch of each other before getting ready to leave for the airport.

When they arrived to the airport, they gave their pets to the flight attendant who happily placed the dogs safely into a secure cargo hold of the plane. Dinah and Normani took their seats, Normani's being the window seat, and Dinah having the aisle seat.

Four to five hours from now, the two women would be on the east coast. Dinah didn't know what would happen while she was there, but she knew it was going to be magical.
