Quincy gently backed Dinah into the guest room, his lips feasting on hers as he swallowed her breathy moans. Her hands took his curly hair out of its bun, threading her fingers through it as their kiss deepened.

His hands naturally found their place at the cusp of the Poly's bottom, picking her up while her dress hiked up. Her legs wrapped around his as her arms wrapped around his neck. The two fell gracefully on the soft mattress as they erupted in fits of giggles.

"I've been waiting to do this with you for a while now," Quincy uttered with husk in his voice, planting sweet, soft kisses on Dinah's neck.

"Mmm..." Dinah moaned before giggling a little, "I'd be lying if I say the thought never crossed my mind either."

The two continued to kiss until Kai suddenly emerged into the room, Quincy and Dinah jumping apart out of breath. The two desperately tried to fix their appearance before Dinah addressed the six year old.

"Hey bug! Um...what's up? Everything okay?"

"Yeah," Kai shrugged with a smile, walking over to sit between her and Quincy, "I just missed you guys."

The two adults looked at each other with a grin, Quincy ruffling Kai's curly hair as he smiled down at him.

"We missed you too lil man."

"Can we have family time tonight?" Kai asked with hopeful eyes.

Dinah smiled as she nodded. Kai reciprocated her smile and hugged her, going back to his cousins' room to get his blanket and Maya. While he was doing so, Dinah and Quincy changed into their pajamas, exchanging bashful glances at each other.

Once they were dressed, Quincy came up to embrace Dinah, the Poly immediately melting into him before giving him a tender kiss.

"We'll get another opportunity," Dinah said as she looked into his eyes, "especially since we'll be seeing more of each other on the race track..."

Quincy's eyes grew wide as well as his smile, causing Dinah to giggle before he picked her up and kissed her.

"You sure babe?" he asked after gently putting her down, holding her close to him.

"Absolutely," Dinah said, looking deep into his eyes. "Being with you and Normani has helped me to let go of all the hurt I carried when Lenny passed. The love you two have for me and Kai allowed me to realize that I'm capable of loving again. And because of that...I'm ready to go back. With you and Kai by my side."

Quincy smiled with major heart eyes for the Poly.

"You have such good timing," he said with a smile. "I was planning on taking you and lil man to the track tomorrow."

Dinah giggled just as Kai and Maya came back into the room. Once they all got comfortable on the bed, Kai on Dinah's lap as Quincy put his arms around them both and Maya laying at the foot of their bed, Dinah asked Kai what movie he wanted to watch, though her and Quincy already knew the answer.

So for the next few hours, the small family watched the Cars trilogy, the third movie easier for Dinah to watch this time around. Eventually it was just her and Maya that were wide awake. Kai found Quincy's chest to be a very comfortable pillow, his little snores sounding while Quincy had a protective hand on his back as he slept on his back.

Dinah smiled at the sight, kissing Kai on his forehead before she went to kiss Quincy on the corner of his mouth. Dinah looked to Maya, the husky popping her head up as her tail began to wiggle back and forth. The Poly giggled softly as she pet the dog's head.

"How about we go get some water huh?" she said playfully to the husky.

Maya followed Dinah downstairs, the two of them coming into the sights of Normani making tea. The ebony turned around and smiled at the Poly and husky as she continued to wait for her water to heat up.
